Fantastic! This is a superb local cafe and bakery. The egg and cheese sando is primo, all melty and full of flavor. Theirs espresso drinks are excellent.

MEM Tea and a variety of other drink selections (coffee, soda, etc). They have meal options as well as sweets.
I got a vanilla rooibos tea.
Some of the businesses on the street have one step to get in so I can’t remember if this one did or not but it is largely acceptable if not fully so.
They also have a wide assortment of greeting cards and gifts!!!
