Best Dunk's franchised business ever!! Everyone on the Dunk's team worked great together fulfilling customer orders quickly. Great attitudes of the staff.... it seemed they were on a mission to be the best Dunk's crew ever!! My wife and I placed our standard drink orders that were made to perfection! They got it right! We were in and out quickly. One word of caution... the parking can be crowded at times and pay particular attention when backing out. It could at times be a challenge when backing out of a space when customers are exiting from the drive thru. Other than that, it's one of the best Dunk's for a great Dunk's experience!! Good job Dunk's crew!!

Manager Brendan is the FUTURE!!!! this is the BEST dunkin around. So friendly yet he gets his customers in and out so quickly! Somehow he is always able to upsell my orders and i don’t mind!

I'm from the fairhaven area and came down to stop for a tea before heading over to my grandparents. I've never felt so disappointed in a Dunkin' Donuts before, I went thru the drive thru and ordered a hot tea with milk and sugar and three chocolate munchkins at around 10am that morning. When I got to the window I gave him cash he then informed that there was so chocolate munchkins so I asked for a glazed , blueberry and jelly one instead . He gave me back the dollars owed back to me and then asked if I wanted the change making me feel bad to say yes so I just let him have it . It's better to give me my change and let me decide to have you keep it than asking before you even gave it back to me . When I started pulling away I looked into the bag to see the wrong munchkins given two plain & 1 cinnamon . The employees here need to be better at listening instead of worrying about tips when there not even fulfilling customer orders

More often than not, it's a poor experience here. The staff is always nice, but the service is super slow, and for some reason, the coffee can taste off. I keep telling myself to go somewhere else, but it's the closest DD. I don't think the staff are to blame, I think it's the owners and managers. They are understaffed and disorganized. I often see one person just standing there as the others run around.

Blonde worker with bright pink nails was extremely rude to me. I said I accidentally did walk in for a mobile but meant drive thru and she said “we don’t do that here you can’t just drive thru.” I made a mistake and needed help - she was extremely rude and shouldn’t be in customer service - why isn’t anyone nice to anyone anymore?
