This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the 413. You can order a donut only and it will take over 15 minutes to get it. I waited so long for a single bagel that I ordered online before arrival that I left it and went to another dunkin

Went in to grab some coffees and there was a young girl at the register getting berated by the maybe “manager” in front of multiple customers. He was so nasty toward her that I pulled her aside after I ordered to tell her her boss is a jerk (I used a much harsher term) and to not let his ugly behavior ruin her day. Idk who owns this place but seeing as several other reviews are about this guy, it must be his dad. Some people are not mean to work with the public.

Don’t waste your time stopping here. Especially for women dealing with a monthly emergency, the treatment is beyond unacceptable. I wouldn’t have minded being told to buy something in order to use the restroom — that’s reasonable. But to walk in with a change of clothes and feminine products in hand, only to be told to use a porta-potty, is not just rude but absolutely disgusting and completely lacking empathy.

The customer service was terrible. We asked for a coffee—unfortunately, I can’t remember the exact name—and my husband may have mispronounced it. The staff member at the counter responded with attitude and treated us very poorly.
As someone who was born in Asia but is now American, I felt deeply uncomfortable with the way we were treated. His accent was also difficult to understand, and when we asked for clarification, he reacted rudely instead of being helpful or patient.
We were polite, and we expect the same in return. Skin color or background should not influence how customers are treated. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Please consider training your staff to provide equal and respectful service to all customers.

The staff were very pleasant and kind toa group of campers and their leader stopping by from a week long camp, not many places would be so patient in such a situation. It was nice and refreshing to see.
