we just got take out from the Billerica 99s and our meal was wrong . We called just to see if they could make us another one and they went above and beyond to make up for it. They made us a whole new order, gave our money back and gave us a free dessert! I l know things happen and food isn't always the way it should be during take out but I appreciate the fact they went above what they could of to replace it. @billerica
