♿️The accessibility is awful here. The front door has 3 small steps to get into. So you need to take the side entrance. Which is so out of the way that no one would see you if you needed help. The ramp is so steep, and it has a pull door so it was very unsafe for us trying to get inside. My mom tried to hold the door open while pushing me which caused me to start sliding down the steep ramp. And struggled up another ramp while everyone, including the bartenders just stared at us struggling. We finally made it to the host stand and had to tightly squeeze through the hallway to get to our table. Our waitress was lovely, the food was good but prob won’t be back due to the difficulty to navigate in my wheelchair.

Server took forever to come to table and when came over didn’t introduce them selves and then proceeded to say me and my girlfriend weren’t seen and was unknown to her that we where here. Then she took our drink orders and then we order and app and it took almost 20 mins for both our drinks and app to come out. Then we ordered food and it took almost about 25-30 mins for our food to come out. Then I saw our server sitting at one of the high tops scrolling on her device and Infront of a bunch of customers that’s super unprofessional. Then was waiting almost another 25 to 30 mins to get the check and usually my girlfriend and I come here a lot and normally don’t have this issue I’m not looking for anything in return just for upper management to get this stuff sorted out and make sure this stuff doesn’t happen again.

Everyone sitting at the bar was over 85 having dinner on a Friday evening. Smelt and looked like the geriatric wing of the nursing home. The host breaking balls was fun if you like being called "honey" 50 times. Food was ok; steak tips on the cooler side and beer tasted like aluminum with zero carbonation.

We have the 99 app and rewards and took advantage of the Red Sox win Sunday and received two free kids meals. All of our meals were excellent. I had the All Star burger and my son had the chicken sandwich the granddaughters both had the kids Mac and Cheese meal!
