Everyone sitting at the bar was over 85 having dinner on a Friday evening. Smelt and looked like the geriatric wing of the nursing home. The host breaking balls was fun if you like being called "honey" 50 times. Food was ok; steak tips on the cooler side and beer tasted like aluminum with zero carbonation.

We have the 99 app and rewards and took advantage of the Red Sox win Sunday and received two free kids meals. All of our meals were excellent. I had the All Star burger and my son had the chicken sandwich the granddaughters both had the kids Mac and Cheese meal!

Worst 99 experience I've ever had. The floor was covered with food and dirty utensils. Our waitress went missing, the place was not busy. She ever brought me a second Pepsi. Burgers were burnt hockey pucks.
It was great it was busy but we didn't have to wait.Our waitress Cindy was super friendly and kind she was on point with the service and made our visit there pleasant. Overall experience was excellent.Parking: There was plenty of parking but due to the snowstorm we go the other day and the subzero temperatures the parking lot was an ice-skating rink. I would recommend sanding or salting the entire parking and walkways and make sure someone stays on top of it before someone gets injured.

This location needs to figure out their take out situation ASAP. it is unacceptable for traffic to be in the street down to the plaza dude to slow service. It is also unacceptable for the host at the front of the restaurant to tell people who do do come in to pickup the takeout that they need to wait in that line. Last night(1/13) at 6pm, the host was completely useless and inefficient at helping everyone. He also scolded us for making him do work(?) and complained each time he had to walk 20 feet to check on the take out orders. Dude. You work in a restaurant and are part of the problem. He also complained to the people waiting for takeout that this happened on Friday night as well. You should realize this happens and you should try to fix it instead of complaining to the people waiting, who are annoyed at the slow and unhelpful attitude. There was also no manager to be seen anywhere trying to rectify the situation. Complete shitshow. Food portions for kids meals were meager. Caesar salad was ok. Chicken parm was ok. Pretzels were decent. Fix the take out situation
