530 tonite i stopped by to pickup food... wasnt too busy and i had a young kid take my orders and told him what i wanted.....while waiting i noticed the staff was mostly fooling around while working with our food telling other staff "hey smell this! putting their hands right up to their noses and patting them on the backs trying to get whatever was on their hands onto their clothes etc....i was a bit turned off by that.....i got my subs and went home....discovered both were made wrong! if they werent fooling around so much maybe he would of heard me the 1st time and got it right....$30 for nothing! no stars from me tonite!

I recently ordered a turkey sandwich and was excited to see the options for adding veggies and cheese in the pictures. However, when I went to place my order, there were no options to select anything beyond just meat and cheese. I even tried to add a note for more pickles, but that wasn't allowed.
When my sandwich arrived, it was just meat and cheese—no veggies or extras at all. For the price I paid, I expected a more fulfilling sandwich. This experience was quite disappointing, especially since the menu suggested a lot more.
I hope they can improve on this in the future!

I've always love Agusta Market. I moved away from the area quite some time ago. I was passing through recently and was unable to resist the urge. Unfortunately part of the appeal was that it was always good food at an affordable price. This is not the case anymore. 1 large sub, an order of chicken bites (with fries), and 2 sodas was just under $40. I work in Boston and this would be expensive there. The food was as good as always, just not worth the cost.

Best chicken bites in town and a good, fresh salad bar
Friendly staff, excellent sized sandwich and literally a bag of fries. Up from Tennessee and I heard rave reviews. I’m a big foodie when I travel. It had the potential to be a 5. The sandwich was loaded with meat and it’s called the A bomb. It’s missing flavor! Definitely salt, seasoning’s, and definitely something like a hot sandwich sauce or something to spice it up. I am in a hotel so I couldn’t spice it up. They might have these items in house but definitely need the flavor to bring this sandwich into the wow factor. If I was home maybe add an onion soup mix to the meat. I wouldn’t mark this one off your list. Fries absolutely scrumptious!
