The pizza is great! The staff are very nice! I’m glad they are renovating the place. However, I didn’t feel comfortable eating there because the place was so run down and not clean!

I called last night at 8pm.The girl picked the phone up and said we are closed.Didn’t even say hello.She was so nasty.Funny thing is you don’t close til 9pm.Terrible customer service!!

Ordered Chicken ziti pesto from a walk in order. On their menu screen it was 8.99, 9.99....I cant recall now, it was one of those prices.The employee rang me up and it was $12.99.I asked him what??? Indifferently he said prices on board aren't updated. Regardless, I just paid it and left a tip, so $16ish is what I paid. Got it home and it was AWFUL. Dry, undercooked....nasty.We have lived about a mile from Bella forever...probably through 3 plus owners/mgrs. Not giving them any more business, which was often throughout the yearsI

It's so bad I'd give you a zero but I can't so I give you.. a one.. all jokes aside this place does absolutely horrible business and has ZERO customer service skills.... We ordered a pizza(modified) and a dinner. The pizza came COMPLETELY wrong and the dinner came partially wrong. Not to mention we waited over an hour for the food.. I called to only ask for the pizza to be refunded bc we did not want to wait any longer and the whole time in the background the employees were talking crap I could literally hear them and then they told me they couldn't refund only the boss could and he conveniently wasn't there!!!!!!! MIND YOU I vented to a friend who has ordered from them and when she bit into her steak and cheese there was a string and the refused to refund her as well. Awful place, awful staff!!!!!! Do not go here just grab a slice from your local gas station!!!!!!!!

I went here for the first time and the food we ordered was excellent. A small sub and pizza shop but big on flavor and size. This was the best steak tip gyro I have ever had. My boyfriend enjoyed a steak bomb. It was loaded with steak. The menu included over 20 different salads and 20 different pizzas. Located on Boston Road in North Billerica in the strip mall after the North Billerica Post Office. Stop in if you are ever in this area, you won't be disappointed!

Today ordered a steak and cheese calzone. When I got home my girlfriend, daughter, and I all had a piece. We quickly noticed the calzone had onions and peppers. I called the restaurant to confirm the ingredients in a steak and cheese calzone. The woman in the phone assured me that steak and cheese does not have onions and peppers. She informed me that she couldn't do anything because I ate it. I went to the restaurant to request the correct order and the woman gave me nothing but attitude and never once apologized. When asked if I could get a new one she scoffed at me. I come in atleast once a week. I asked the woman to have the owner call me. Let's see if the owner calls. Truly unbelievable, cost of new calzone is a small price to pay for repeat business. Still in shock from the whole experience. Supreme pizza does look good ?

The order made through the website is not even arrived at my house so far, ok I sent a message to the delivery man who says he couldn't do anything because Bella Pizza was already closedthe next day I sent a message from the contact numbers but I was ignored so far I have not received any response.
Good pizza and great delivery people! I live in an apt complex and they deliver straight to my door. It doesn't sound like much, but you'd be surprised in my area. The pizza is a really good NY style pizza. Large slices, a bit greasy, and always hot when delivered. I've ordered a few times and haven't had a bad experience. Had the fries once and they were good too. Will order again

Called in for delivery after an hour called back and they said be there in a few minutes then waited another 1/2 hour called back and they said they have no idea about the order so I waited 2 hours for nothing!

Just ordered food here and I have to say I am extremely disappointed. Not only did my delivery take 2 full hours, I called a few times with in that time of waiting and the woman was very rude. I mentioned that I was concerned that the food would be cold upon arrival and she responded with "well call me if it is.. it's not even there yet". The food was stone cold of course and not what we ordered. I can understand staffing issues... I can't understand rude and horrible customer service.

Really messed up my order. I specifically stated no tomatoes and lettuce. Both sandwiches had tomatoes and lettuce. No cheese too. One had cheese and the other didn't...go figure. I asked for them grilled. It was cold. Too bad...nice guys and all that but got to pay attention. Not even close here as far as I'm concerned.
