The employees are upset that it’s a busy location and they have to constantly cook new / fresh food (AKA their job) so they make sure to rip people off with the portions. I’ve literally had employees snicker together behind the counter and treat me as though my requests are heinous. It’s almost laughable. Whatever you do, don’t ask to make them a fresh batch even if you offer to wait or pay extra, they will throw a temper tantrum. My recommendation to the owner: Please teach your employees some human decency and soft skills. Read the reviews, no one is happy with the way the customers are being treated here. Every interaction in this place is miserable.

service was fine but the place was a pigsty. when i entered the store i was greeted with more food on the tables and floor than in my burrito bowl. i would understand if there were only 1 or 2 people working, but there were at least 5 people in the back behind the counter on their phones. disgusting.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Chipotle order. I ordered double chicken, paying extra to get a hearty portion, but when I opened my bowl, there was barely any meat at all. It was mostly rice with only a few small pieces of chicken, nowhere near the amount I paid for. I even checked the receipt to make sure I was charged for double meat, and I was.
This isn’t the first time Chipotle has skimped on portions, but this experience was by far the worst. It’s frustrating to pay for something you don’t receive, especially when it’s a premium add-on. I hope Chipotle takes this seriously and makes sure customers get what they pay for. Until then, I’ll think twice before ordering from here again.

The Billerica location always seems to be run well with appropriate portions and friendly staff. I spoke with the manager on one visit and they take pride in their workplace. I would recommend this location above others in the area
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are everything that isn't meat. Vegan options are everything that isn't meat, queso, or cheese
Dietary restrictions: If you have a dietary restriction / allergies let the team know and they should get fresh gloves and fresh food for you to ensure no cross contamination
Parking: In a strip mall, lots of free parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking in front of building and ramp from parking lot to entrance. I am unable to speak to how the bathrooms are handicap accessible

First, they throw your food together, then this lady has no patience. Threw more of my meat off the bowl and taco onto the counter. Work space a mess...not for me there. Kitchen work space should be clean and workers people friendly.

I'm not happy with my order today. I ordered the brisket. There was very little of it. Most of the pieces were the size of a cherry pit. At least 5 bigger pieces were totally fat. It kind of disgusted me. It also wasn't worth what I paid for it. Very disappointed. Store should be careful not to let this kind of inedible food to be given to a costly meal of almost $25. Will reconsider getting it again.

I love chipotle!! And this is the closest chipotle location from my home and I try my best to avoid it cause I've had a few bad experiences. And with the same women before. But today, I have committed to not step there no more. There's a white woman that works there, she sounds like a duck low-key n is so loud n confused all the time . I asked for half steak and chicken on my bowl, I said it twice!! she put only steak and asked me Abt queso, I reminded her to add chicken, she got mad and shouted that she had already put a full potion of steak!!!!!! What!!!! Why are you shouting! And why do you think I can't pay for extra if it is. She went ahead and called two managers.... I kept my cool. They charged me more. I left. I'm in the driving lot writing this review! And I'll never step here again. Maybe m black😂but wow! I said chicken!!!! That's all. But hey! I strongly support and respect everyone working in the food industry but please a little kindness and respect doesn't hurt. If she's serving you, be well. Lol.

I placed my order over an hour ago, but it still hasn’t been prepared. On top of that, I felt sorry for the staff member who was left to handle everything on his own. The woman working there kept delegating all the tasks to him, and he had to manage the customers by himself. It didn't help that another customer was using 'I have to get back to work' as an excuse to be rude to everyone.
