We frequent Chipotle, but this evening, we had the worst experience at this location. The guy that starts your bowl was good, he was the only one in there that was actually working. The two “ladies” that were towards the cash register were almost leaning on each other, not wanting to move a finger. They were rude and obviously inconvenienced by my visit. I paid for double portions, got less than regular portion of food. When I asked them why the bowls are so empty, they looked at each other and said nothing. There was literally nothing in the bowls. Then, one of them woke up, and asked me if I wanted more lettuce??? Unbelievable! Awful place! I didn’t know I could add photos here, otherwise I would have.
Good portion size
Consistently the DIRTIEST Chipotle I have ever been to. Tonight was the final straw, for me, at this location. I ordered a bowl. I had to stop them from putting 2 scoops of rice. Only wanted 1 anyways. Everything on the hot line was empty, except the pork carnitas. I asked for that since all the other options looked dead in the pans. The kid working LOADED my bowl with cheese (2 big handfuls, buy I didn't catch him fast to say enough!) I ordered a side of guacamole and chips. Couldn't get the guacamole off of the spoon and made a mess of the portion cup - didn't wipe it either, just threw it in the bag!! I get home to stale chips, guacamole all over the bag and my bowl. Go to eat my bowl, the pork carnitas was COLD! The dining room tables are always disgusting and the kitchen had food all over the counters. I'm done with this slop shop.
If you’re ever going to this chipotle ask for Christian he’s the GOAT
If I could give zero star I would. The boy who was making my bowl looked so mad and he was just throwing the stuff in my bowl with an angry face. Also I have to say about the place that is totally dirty everywhere, the tables, trash and the refills. It looks like nobody cleaned it for the whole day ( I came at 7pm). Their manager really needs to take an action on that because I was extremely disappointed.
Put too much rice in the burritos. All we could taste was rice. Asked for one of the burritos not to have cheese but the server did not bother labeling, instead wanted to open the burritos again after reminder. Luckily the cashier caught on quick and labeled which one didn't have cheese. Won't be going back to this location.
The new honey chicken is the best option ever
I mean it's Chipotle! Sometimes it's dry because it's been sitting out and not being used and other times it's fresh off the grill and it's amazing it really all depends on what time you go and what you order. Also check the Tortilla chips before you leave a couple of times I've gotten stale chips and I've already been at home when realizing it so always double check your order and taste Before getting all the way home if you placed a to go order.
Their services is too bad . And I ordered chicken burrito bowl but I don't get the chicken. Instead of chicken they used other meat .and i am allergic to other meats .
The last 3 times I’ve been, they’ve run out of a main ingredient by 6pm. The staff is unfriendly and sometimes even rude.

22 dollars for a bowl with 2 extra scoops of chicken? I will never, EVER spend another penny at Chipotle in my life. This place needs to be shut down for good.
Always have to wait in line to get an order.
I genuinely believe that if there were an award for the worst Chipotle location, this one would be a strong contender. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short in several key areas. The cleanliness is consistently subpar, the staff seems disorganized, and the food preparation is often chaotic. On a recent visit, I witnessed a child eagerly anticipating their meal, only to be disappointed when the food was being placed into mismatched containers due to the disarray behind the counter. Out of the 6 people, one individual was making the bowls, while two others were “prepping to go orders” but in reality were cracking jokes, and the cashier just sat back and didn’t offer any help even though the line was multiple people long. Not to mention, the cashier had one job to do, cash out and grab chips, while they stood there not helping their coworkers, and they still forgot to give us chips with our order.
Additionally, the back area, where food is prepared, was visibly unclean, with the floors in particular needing attention. Dirty gloves thrown on the floor, towels that were on the floor being used to clean the same surface areas that the food was falling onto.
Staffing and management also appear to be a concern. Instead of helping reduce the long lines, I observed cashiers standing idle, while other staff members were visibly overwhelmed. It’s unclear whether there is an on-site manager, but this location could certainly benefit from stronger leadership to ensure smoother operations. Over the course of several years, I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately, the issues have remained consistent. Even with potential staffing shortages, it’s essential for team members to demonstrate teamwork and urgency, rather than allowing certain individuals to stand by while others are clearly working hard.
Ultimately, I believe this location has potential, but it will need significant improvements in both cleanliness and management to meet the standard expected from a Chipotle restaurant. If these issues aren’t addressed soon, I worry that the restaurant’s reputation may suffer long-term consequences. I sincerely hope there are efforts to improve the operations here, as it could truly become a better experience for both staff and customers alike.
Apparently this is double chicken...I don't know why they charge extra for extra meat if they only put a scoop of meat in the bowl. Why can't we get the right portion if we pay extra for it?One particular staff member serving food looked irritated for just working there. When he got my order wrong he grabbed the peppers with his hand to remove them from the bowl, not coming here again. Chipotle is on a down trend for service & portions.
I have been experiencing horrible service at this location. Today I go in to pick up food on my lunch break, when getting towards the vegetables and sauce I make sure to ask for extra cheese like always. The second employee in charge of that station gives the most minuscule amount of cheese I had seen, in which I ask for more and the employee uses two fingers to pinch very small amounts of cheese and throw it on my burrito. I kindly as to add more in which the employee proceeds to give attitude saying we are only allowed to give set portions. This was my first time experiencing this rude and disrespectful employee but this is not the first time I have receiving from employees attitude at this location. I understand working in busy environment can be stressful but disrespectful behavior should not be tolerated at the workplace, and if its a problem at this location maybe staffing needs to be rethought.
