They couldn't get my $25 gift card to work, which I had just gotten for Christmas and had never used yet, so I left very hungry and very unhappy, and the burrito bowl that they had made for me went in the garbage which is sad, unless they just deconstructed it back in with their other ingredients which is gross. If I had the money, I would've just gone to MEXICA instead. They're half the price, and there is one in Billerica and another one in Tewksbury.

This location needs serious oversight. I went in at 10:30 PM (still open) and they were already completely packed up and cleaning. Rice, beans, everything was removed from the heating stations like they were closing early. On top of that, there was a cleaning bucket out and around the food area, which is absolutely disgusting and a huge health concern.
After working for hours, I was starving and looking forward to a meal, only to be turned away in the most unprofessional way. I had to drive to another Chipotle just to eat. This isn’t the first bad experience here either — clearly judging by other reviews, this is a pattern.
If you’re open, serve food safely until closing time. If not, lock the doors. This place feels unsanitary, poorly managed, and honestly should be inspected. Do better.

My take out order today was half the quantity of what I normally get.
I tried calling to tell them that and the automated machine wouldn't put me through.
Be prepared to pay full price for half the quantity.

I have to say, this Chipotle has seriously gotten their act together over the past few years. Food is always fresh and hot, store is usually clean and staff is on their game. Portion sizes are also incredible here, quite worth the money. My only complaint is there is one employee there who always seems very grumpy and not happy to be there. She is typically working register, and every time just seems miserable. Kind of kills the positive atmosphere there.
Anyway, I spoke with the manager tonight in shock that they still have Honey Chipotle Chicken weeks after other Chipotle locations have gotten rid of it. They said, “I always make sure to keep our special meat option around until the next one arrives.” That alone tells me the store is quite customer focused.
That said, make sure to get the chicken while you can! I was told it’ll be gone after September 4th, 2025.
