The manager was so rude to my mother. She tried ordering us food and the delivery was taking longer than usual. She called the store and was nice about it, just asking for an update. But then she had to call a second and third time. We waited for over an hour and when she complained about it, the manager she spoke with on the phone did absolutely nothing. Mentioned something about not enough drivers, which is understandable. Issue isn’t with the driver at all. The way this guy spoke on the phone is ridiculous. The fact that when we called the third time as it got delivered (cold by the way), his response was “at least you got the order”, yeah not cool.

So we got 4 pizzas for 9 people on Saturday and now 8 out of the nine including me developed horrible food poisoning a day later. Worst experience of my life. I used to go to this dominoes all the time but now I’ll never order dominoes from anywhere ever again. Absolutely disgraceful.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was my food marked as “delivered” when it absolutely was not, but the driver dropped it off at Cannabis Collective—which isn’t even close to my house. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service, the representative was dismissive and downright rude instead of helping me resolve the issue. As a paying customer, the bare minimum I expect is to have my order delivered to the correct address and to be treated with respect when there’s a problem. Instead, I was left without the food I paid for, wasting both my time and money. This level of service is unprofessional, frustrating, and needs to be addressed immediately.

This store is understaffed and terrible because of it. Delivery will say 29 minutes then take well over an hour. But the driver will mark it as delivered at 30 minutes so their numbers don't get messed up. Want the sauce you paid for to compliment your overpriced order? Too bad. Food will be disgusting ice cold and rock hard when it gets to you. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes the one person working the store will offer you 20% off your next order. A COUPON THEY OFFER ON THEIR WEBSITE. I said that to him and his response? "Yeah". Excuse me?!?!?!?!?!?! This experience feels like the twilight zone. Disturbing. Shocked they're still in business. I'd certainly recommend this Domino's to my worst enemy.

I placed a delivery order for the location in Boston road in Billerica. It was no lie the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. It was so bad I’m writing a review on which I rarely do. I ordered a cheese pizza and the pizza looked and tasted like it was left over pizza from the night before. No cheese and cold and pretty much just tasted like crunchy bread. Also the pizza wasn’t even cut so I pretty much had to take a knife and cut it myself. I called the store back and they said they can give me a discount on the next order LOL. I had one slice it was so bad. You think I’m gonna order from here again! Very bad overal. I have ordered here from the past and don’t think I can every place an order for this again based on this experience

The manager Wesley was incredibly rude and ignorant. He made a huge deal about not being able to take my provolone cheese off the chicken parm sandwich and replace it with American cheese because the company would lose money. Absolutely ridiculous and after I told him that he said he was calling the police on me to have me arrested. This is the most wild experience I have ever had while trying to get some take out. If corporate is reading this send me an email so I can send you the video. Stay away from this dominos the management is on a weird power trip and is extremely disrespectful to the customers.

We love Domino's pizza. We moved recently to Billerica and this is the closest Dominos to our house. This is the third time we ordered the pizza from this place and it turns out they are ripping off their customers. The medium sized pizza are always smaller than other branches and the toppings are always minimal. We also had couple of toppings missing in an eight-toppings pizza for our recent order. We are never ordering from this place.
