This dunks used to be the best one in the area up until a few weeks ago. It’s gone downhill FAST. Raw bacon on my sandwich, coffee that doesn’t taste right, and the list goes on. If you want dunks, don’t come to Billerica. Your best bet is probably Burlington

I have been going to this location on and off for months. Out of the 1033 dunkin donuts in mass this one has to be one of the worst. I have never gone and had a good experience. I have never had my order be complete. I have never had my full order be correct. I keep trying because of its proximity but if its not the honestly impressively wrong quality of orders, its the incoherent workers who are likely sponsored by the local dispensary that will keep me from returning to this location and drive the extra 5 minutes to the next dunkin.

Absolutely the worst dunkins in billerica. 3 remade coffees and raw sandwich same thing every weekend. We have 3 other locations avoid this one.

We got there right after they turned the ovens off so we couldn't have any hot food. Our choices were, donuts, muffins, or bagels.

Awful place. Ordered an iced matcha for it to just to taste like milk only smh.
Grateful to the entire Dunkin management team and awesome crew for working hard every single day. People from New England are fiercely loyal to Dunkin so it's nice to see this franchise stepping up to help make sure customers get treated well every time.

I had been there twice at the drive thru and both times the blond lady was rude with me!!!!! When I asked to talk with the manager, guesssss!!!! She is the manager. Jesus!!!!! How a person like that can be the manager???? I’ll not go there anymore. Never!

Today 2/26/25 a guy working with a beard and black earrings I believe named Bryan, gave me regular coffee after I made it clear I need decaf and can’t have caffeine with my heart condition. I also overheard him speaking to an employee that said it was supposed to be decaf and he said he didn’t care. He should be fired and the manger of this store should as well. I have managed many dunkin stores myself and this store takes the cake for me on ignoring rules and not following state safety guidelines for food handling. This store needs to fire and retry hiring good employees or fix their training methods!!

2 stars for being open and realizing there was Jim's Quick Stop across the street with a brand new espresso style machine. Great coffee over there. This dunkin sucks. Dirt water
