Today 2/26/25 a guy working with a beard and black earrings I believe named Bryan, gave me regular coffee after I made it clear I need decaf and can’t have caffeine with my heart condition. I also overheard him speaking to an employee that said it was supposed to be decaf and he said he didn’t care. He should be fired and the manger of this store should as well. I have managed many dunkin stores myself and this store takes the cake for me on ignoring rules and not following state safety guidelines for food handling. This store needs to fire and retry hiring good employees or fix their training methods!!

Genuinely the last time I stopped by here was to try the Spider Donut during Halloween season and when I stopped in and ordered it from the kiosk after the order went through I was told they didn't have it and I've kind of been hyperfixating on that interaction ever since. Very upset I didn't get to try one. Haven't been able to go back. Its probably a fine dunks maybe but disappointed they don't keep some of the advertised stuff in inventory because I would've liked to try it.

It is better than Pinehurst and the lake. It's probably the 2nd best in town. The first has to be 129, and then this one followed by North billerica 3a, then treble cove Mobil, next is the the lake. The lake tastes the worst but has better service than Pinehurst. Pinehurst DD may be the worst in the state!

OK I don't know what the heck is up with this Dunkins but it is by far the worst I've ever been to. There has been a string of times where I would order a hazelnut coffee and then after I drive away I would taste it and realized it tasted off. After a few times, I realized it was raspberry!
There's also been other times where I've ordered different flavors and it just doesn't seem strong or it doesn't seem like any flavor was put in. This particular location always seems to be a mess on the weekends. If you mobile order before you leave your house you can still be waiting upwards of a half hour because they don't always put the drinks out even when they finish an order. I have seen them put them out in bulk and watched 5 people in front of me grab their drinks and leave.
It seems to be related to this Dunkins specifically in Billerica. If you go to one of the other ones nearby and you order coffee, it actually tastes like coffee.

I walked all the way from my house over there to get something but guess what? Their doors were locked 20 minutes before they closed. Now I am walking back home in this hot weather with no Dunkins. Bad service not going to lie.
Dunks is my new favorite place and prefer it over Starbucks when it comes to good tasting coffee and great prices!!

The woman at the drive-thru handed me a small refresher and I said oh I ordered a medium, she then proceeded to try to argue with me that she said the order was for Renee and I said yes that it was mine when my name is not Renee so ???? She then handed my correct drink out the window and tilted it to make sure some would drip out onto the car while sneering at me. Itmay be time for her to choose a new career path if that’s how she treats customers. Excuse me for wanting my correct order.
