Order online no one in drive through waiting unusual but awesome!! Got my breakfast drove away. Upon opening the bag I got a burnt smell opened my sandwich and it was totally burned. Couldn't even remove what was burnt to save it. One bite and all you tasted was burnt bread very unpleasant. Why would an employee think is ok to give burnt food to a customer??? Is not the 1st time this has happened on 1st incident the store was very busy and mistakes do happens but in a quiet day like today unacceptable.

Actually some zero stars would be appropriate. Absolutely the worst Dunkin shop I ever attended. Dirty, nasty floor, employees just hanging out to the side behind the wall. On a hot day, with no line wait time for ice coffee was 6 min.

I had a bad experience in that place I asked for two sanwhich and they only gave me one and I bought again and they did the same to me and they are discriminating and softening badly I do not recommend this place it is not good at all very bad customer service

Worst dunking around wait in the drive through for 2 hours or wait in the store for the same. If you’re in a rush find a different on to go to. Service isn’t the best kinda rude when asking questions.
My grandma went missing for a few days and we couldn't find her anywhere, we initially thought she may have been ran over by a reindeer but when we actually found her she was just waiting in this drive-thru line for her coffee and donut. She slipped into a coma shortly after and when she would come to she would still try to place her order instead of saying goodbye to all of her grandkids. We miss you mee-maw, may you rest in piece with your dunkies!

Hey Mary I got confused your not from Dutton DD NO YOUR WORSE LEAVING YOUR employees To fend for themselves what are you doing upstairs instead of helping these kids that are struggling are you counting your pubic years? Go help your employees seriously what a shame.

I was the only person there today and when I ordered a HOT latte with oat milk, I’m a little shocked to be handed an iced drink then have the employee turn around as there is someone who just entered the drive thru. I get it that mistakes happen but as someone who can’t do dairy, to be given a large order that is not only wrong but includes dairy is absurd. Do better, especially when we pay $5 for our coffee!

If you are patient enough to wait 10-15 minutes for your coffee, welcome to this place. After waiting all that time, you still order a hot coffee and it comes completely cold. You ask for it without sugar and it comes with sugar. The place is terrible, but I am a truck driver, it is a good place to park a truck, but DD is horrible.
