Only 4 cars in line but I have wait 28Minutes and not my turn yet. I have no idea what was wrong with drive thru. First time drive by this location and could be the last time forever. Don't waste your time here.

Very rude, stuck in a Very long line. Would not serve after waiting 25 minuts in drive-through line. Sub par service undercooked food and burnt coffee

612 Middlesex Turnpike location in the Mobile. I've come here 3 times, something is wrong with the order each time. I don't usually post reviews unless something is really off. This last time... I paid for 2 English muffins with bacon and sausage and cheese. and 2 hash browns. They forgot the bacon. The Sausage was cold and rubbery, and the hash browns were warm mush. I stopped going to Dunks because their product has turned into complete dog sh1t. I only go if I'm in a hurry. This will absolutely be my last run at Dunkins. 100% TRASH.

Very good place

We had to wait so long for our order to be wrong anyway. They were out of multiple parts of my order and didn’t seem to plan to tell us until we going to ask where our order was. We ordered ahead for mobile pick up then drive though and many walk ins got their orders very quickly while we waited at least 20 minutes. One man before us said he was waiting 30 minutes for a small order. When we got out, they had forgotten the donuts and munchkins. We went back in and got them. Once we were on the road, we noticed that the bacon egg and cheese sandwich didn’t have egg. All of the bagels and English muffin were burnt.Staff tried to be friendly but seemed over it. We did receive a free donut for the wait but it wasn’t worth it. Really don’t recommend.

Parking: Theres a one way road around the gas station/mobile, so it’s hard to go back.

I ordered a coffee and told them exactly how I wanted it and they made it wrong. Then when I mentioned it, the older women, dark brown hair, wearing a head set threatened me and followed me outside. Employees were actually yelling at me and called me names. Then she raised her hands and gave me the finger. I do not care what the situation is, that is very unprofessional!! Will NEVER go to this Dunkin Donuts again!! 3 employees got involved and I did not raise my voice until they called me names as I was leaving. Did I mention an employee was talking on her cell phone? I think I should call corporate.

Used to be great a few months ago but the new hires have ruined the flow of this Dunkin. I always order thru the mobile app at least 7-10 minutes away. Will get there as I do walk in and my order still hasn’t been made until I’ve said something. The drive thru line is usually never that busy either.
