We had to wait so long for our order to be wrong anyway. They were out of multiple parts of my order and didn’t seem to plan to tell us until we going to ask where our order was. We ordered ahead for mobile pick up then drive though and many walk ins got their orders very quickly while we waited at least 20 minutes. One man before us said he was waiting 30 minutes for a small order. When we got out, they had forgotten the donuts and munchkins. We went back in and got them. Once we were on the road, we noticed that the bacon egg and cheese sandwich didn’t have egg. All of the bagels and English muffin were burnt.Staff tried to be friendly but seemed over it. We did receive a free donut for the wait but it wasn’t worth it. Really don’t recommend.Parking: Theres a one way road around the gas station/mobile, so it’s hard to go back.

I ordered a coffee and told them exactly how I wanted it and they made it wrong. Then when I mentioned it, the older women, dark brown hair, wearing a head set threatened me and followed me outside. Employees were actually yelling at me and called me names. Then she raised her hands and gave me the finger. I do not care what the situation is, that is very unprofessional!! Will NEVER go to this Dunkin Donuts again!! 3 employees got involved and I did not raise my voice until they called me names as I was leaving. Did I mention an employee was talking on her cell phone? I think I should call corporate.

Used to be great a few months ago but the new hires have ruined the flow of this Dunkin. I always order thru the mobile app at least 7-10 minutes away. Will get there as I do walk in and my order still hasn’t been made until I’ve said something. The drive thru line is usually never that busy either.

The manager here is the best. Only dunkins ive been to that is actually managed well.
They are really clueless in here. They have a ton of orders for drive thru and walk ins. Don't know how to work the orders to keep the flow moving. Add to it that my frozen mocha coffee is terrible. They don't seem to know the steps to make a proper drink. The rating for this location is sadly accurate.

Impossibly slow. Ordered ahead, via the app. Waited 20 minutes then left to get to the store. Upon arrival, only the coffee was ready, after waiting another 5-8 minutes someone asked what I was waiting for. I said the name, "it'll be right up". Then the munchkins took another 5 minutes. It's like they're trying to be slow. It's impossible to be this terribly slow.

This Dunkin's is co-located with a Mobil gas station just south of Nutting Lake here in Billerica. At least according to the mobile app, you'll find most of the options available at regular stand-alone locations, whether super-zapped hot bites, ultra-processed donuts, and bland coffee. Still, service was friendly and efficient when I stopped by, and if you're addicted to the mobile app like I am, there are often irresistible discounts or bonus point offers. So there's nothing more New England than being a Dunkin's addict. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

Waited a while to get served, got bacon egg and cheese with undercooked bacon and then was missing my drinks from my order. I've been to busy Dunkin's before but a two car line shouldn't take 10 minutes.
I ordered sausage cheese on croissantThe did not have croissant so had to do English muffin whole time clerk talking on phone to someone on speaker get my order home it is bacon cheese eng muffin and my Daughter cannot eat bacon so threw it away Thanks Dunkin for stellar employees

I go here bc it’s close to my job. It’d really cool if they can make my coffee right for once. There’s 1 or 2 people there that has makes my coffee right and it seems like I always end up with the new people working the morning shift and today I was close to turning around and going home for the day. I wish people knew how much a wrong coffee could affect your day.

I stop here once in awhile since it’s close by where I work, usually I don’t get food from this location due to allergies/don’t know the staff well. Coffee was good this morning but the food…..I had eaten part of an avacado toast and realized the bottom had Bacon slammed into the toast. I spent the next few hours running to the bathroom ?. I’m already irratated from dunks with the new rewards program but this is the icing on the cake. I’m finishing up $ loaded on my card now and calling it quits from dunks. Coffee from here is hot or miss, With how much bacon was on the bottom I’d rather not know how dirty the surface was before 6am.

Nice location with gas station and drive through option. Ordered sourdough egg and cheese and they were able to happily customize it for me. I asked for tomatoes on the egg and cheese and they added it that enhanced the taste of the sandwich. Even for the egg, they added double for just 3.80$. Really good taste better than other fast food sandwiches or coffee shops. Good packing and sandwich was served hot and fresh.
