Employee messing with food orders and laughing about it within hearing of other customers, better service at McDonald's, when you can't get hired anywhere else I guess this is the place to go

I’ve ordeed from this place 3 times and every single time they always mess it up badly. Not even like a small issue, the entire order is always wrong. I’ve never seen a place with such horrendous service and quality. It’s a waste of time and a huge waste of money, absolutely awful. How is this garbage still even open?

There were 2 times they screwed up very simple orders.
Once ordered my food from dunkin at home. And when it took a while they said that they would put the food on the table, but there’s no table outside my house?
And the second time I ordered 3 hash browns and 2 breakfast sandwiches and only the breakfast sandwiches came. They didn’t even have the bacon. Just egg and cheese.
Do not order from here if you want your food to actually be delivered and prepared correctly

Three guys working on this store don't do correctly job, First my frozen coffee he didn't blend it bc the machine isn't working so he wanted to give me the drink like that, and the sandwich, the bread was old.

If I could put 0 or negative star, I would. I have been this drive-through three times, it took 40 mins every time during not peak hour. Plus, management is so bad and the staffs are so rude. This morning, when I was waiting at the window, three staffs asked me the same question (what are you waiting for), so I need to repeat the same food I ordered three time and I told the staff that I already wait more than 40mins already. Then guess what! One lady told me ‘you need to be patient’ and another lady jumped in and said ‘ do you want to come in and make by yourself?’. Can you believe how rude they treat customers! None of staffs say sorry to me! Do not go there!!

Ordered an iced coffee, breakfast sandwich, and a tea latte here. Iced coffee was somehow both watered down and grainy, with a very off-putting taste. The TEA latte tasted like they used spent tea bags and old milk (how do you get tea wrong?). The sandwich was the worst offender. Half of the egg was warm, the other half had ice crystals in each bite, and the entire croissant was wet, like half a cup of water was poured directly on the split in half bun.
This area seems to be competing for who can run the worst Dunkin, but this location has them all beat for that title.
