This place is nuts!! I’d say they should just rebrand to a Dick’s Last Resort because that’s the level of service you get but the staff would probably be too hostile and aggressive even for them 😂

We went this morning to the dunkin in north billerica and ordered a couple sandwiches and a couple sides, as we were ordering the third sandwich the guy over the mic was extremely rude and told us we could not order more food. when we got up to the window i was trying to talk to the girl who rudely walked away, when i finally got her attention i asked why we couldn’t order another sandwich and she said SO rudely “because it holds up the timers”. i’ve made big orders before and never got turned down for ordering 3 sandwiches. after we payed she shoved the bag of food into my boyfriends hands and walked away rolling her eyes and didn’t say a thing. never in my life have i experienced such rude staff or poor service.

The old Dunkin experience was so much better. When this got remodeled the staff and everything else went downhill. Currently some staff care a ton and others just dont care. It’s clearly evident how the food bags are flung on the counter.

The one lady that brings the app orders to the till/counter/rack who always has a big smile and just happy disposition brightens up my whole day and gives me hope for humanity every time she's on the clock. 10/10 employee give her a raise and make her a pr ambassador.
Parking: Decent amount of spots but a bit of a pain to access them
Id give zero stars but not possible. Awful management. Awful food and coffee never right. Place is dirty. The staff are very rude in the am and seem to only care about getting u in and out. I would recommend gas station food and coffee over this place
