worst dunks ever

So to start The staff was friendly. The girl working on Wednesday night was nice but I could see she didn’t understand how to make a tea with milk and sugar. It was a very strange experience asking for a tea with milk and sugar and receiving a tea with no sugar or milk. she was very confused. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with a bit of cream cheese. When I open the paper there was a nicely toasted bagel but no cream cheese on it. After eating the bagel plain I found a package off cream cheese in the bottom off the bag😂 I though a coffee shop would make it as the customers asked. They do at all the other Dunkin’s I stop at. I’m not sure iff it was laziness or just their policy. There was so one in the drive through or counter when I was there so it wasn’t busy.

Little mini Dunkin' in the gas station. But have everything you need. Nice staff and hardly any waiting time despite lunchtime.

The donuts are surrounded by flies. I saw a worker grab a donut and it look like a swarm of flies woke up.

If I could give it zero stars I would girl in the morning is something else and no one in there can cook a simple bagel also apparently none of them know the difference between cold foam and whipped cream horrible dunks save you money there’s another one two minutes up the road
This place is extremely hit or miss. They have a new, younger crew working here that doesn't seem to care about much. Some months ago I ordered one sandwich and a coffee at the drive-thru. They told me they were backed up and to pull around front and they'd bring me my food when they could. Sure enough, 15 minutes passes and no food. When I went inside to check they had "forgot".
Today, we ordered 3 turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. All 3 came without cheese, and one was quite literally 1/2 a turkey patty. Someone, while making this sandwich, saw that there was 1/2 the meat and still decided to send it out. Just so careless.
