I really used to like this Dunkin. They were efficient, coffee was decent, and they were friendly. Now they're always messing up orders, arguing with me on what my order was, and are always out of something. The vibe is off; not sure what changed.

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Waited 10 minutes (no joke have a timer on my phone set) and then ask where my food is and they say “we don’t have your order”. I paid cash and have my receipt how are you going to say this??? Worst experience ever and will never come back!

I don't know where to start with this location. Do they just hire anyone with no experience and leave them alone to serve? No customer service experience. Don't smile. Look miserable. The longest I've waited was close to 20 min. They ignore costumers. How are you going to ask me "What do you want?" With an attitude. Whoever is the manager. Please fix this! And get at least 2 People to work the night shift. They got their friends there hanging out chatting and even texting.

I go to this location every day after work for the past 5 month been doing that today I went and I order my ice coffee as usual but I also want a medium cup ice they told they can’t sale it to me that they don’t do that and giving me actitudes when before they sold that cup ice to me. Other day I went and my coffee had hair inside. Please management do something with this location.

I don’t know what is going on with this location. Twice now there has been incredibly slow service in the drive-through. I do not think it is understaffed. I think there might be other more significant problems. I would love to report this to management but, unfortunately, I can’t find a way to contact them, and no one answers the phone.

I would give a zero star if I could due to the sob here gave us two coffees all at once And very forceful. Something is wrong with this sob and they need to act fast. We can not take two coffees all at once!!!! I don't have 3 to 4 hands!!! If you hate your job hate your life!! It's no one fault. I would like to see something done!!!!!!!!!! Take this sob out. I pay for my coffee was not free! Hire employees that will treat customers with respect!!!!! Only came here a few times but will be last!!! This stop was not even plan. That's how sketchy this place has been. Yet these management sit here and read these Reviews and does NOTHING!! Oh yeah and don't you notice this is the first dunkin with the window all shaded out/tinted like you can't see them or anyone in there. Not an inviting friendly atmosphere.

I go to this dds almost daily and today really made me mad. I use my app everyday and i told the man at the window that i was pulling my app up. It was a $17 order. He then scanned my debit card and told me i could not scan my app now because he had already scanned my debit card. I am pretty upset i lost out on all of those reward points. I then asked if he could refund me and start over and he just said no and then just shut the window on me!!!
