Staff at this restaurant are amazing. They seem truly dedicated to giving a wonderful customer experience. The food is very good. I've had the prime rib, the cheeseburger, chicken parmesan, buffalo wings, several soups, and a few salads. All of them are tasty, tender and fresh. All were cooked exactly as I ordered. I highly recommend this place. Chef Marina is outstanding, as is Cristen at the hostess stand, as are Stephanie and Jennifer behind the bar, as are Robert, Watson and Paul. Waitstaff are very attentive. This is a cozy pub environ with a diverse but relatable menu. They have something on the menu that will appeal to everyone. Give it a try. You won't be sorry.

Don't even know where to begin. Went for a 4:45 reservation for my granddaughterd second birthday. 2 of the 5 of us wanted short ribs since we decided to go there. Let our host know it was the baby's birthday and he said they would bring out a dessert and candle. Put our food order in ( I also ordered Irish egg rolls to go) 15 minutes after putting in the order the waitress announces there isn't any more short ribs they sold out Saturday!? ( it is now Wednesday ) The replacement meal pork shank was salty and left uneaten by both. Meatloaf was overcooked and had no tomato gravy like the menu states. This meal was a bummer! My daughter finally took baby to the car as they forgot her 2 yr old dessert for her birthday, the waitress forgot my take out order. NEVER again will we go back. The Emerald Rose when Gary and Trish were managing is forever gone.

We've now been back to the Emerald Rose several times for date night and each time we basically lick our plates clean! Absolutely delicious food no matter what you get. We've gotten the pork shank, roasted chicken, meatloaf, chicken pot pie and the shepherd's pie, to name a few. It's always fresh and wonderful. We typically sit at the bar to enjoy some drinks and the environment but there's also plenty of tables and booths so it's date and family friendly, whatever you're looking for. The bartenders are great and I enjoy chatting with them briefly as they buzz about taking care of everyone. It's got that typical Irish pub atmosphere that is cozy and inviting to me and there's often some sort of musical entertainment in the evening to enjoy. I cannot underscore enough how tasty the food is though! I highly recommend checking it out for yourself; I'm including photos of our most recent dinners there - the Shepard's pie and chicken pot pie (with an amazing, flaky layer crust on top rather than a heavy doughy crust surrounding it!) which were both perfect comfort food choices for the snowy weather!

The food was pretty decent but the portion sizes were way too small for the price. I got one small scoop of mash potatoes with my entree and my mom was still hungry after her tiny portion of shepherds pie (probably 7 bites worth). I probably won't go back for that reason, if the portions were better for the price I would.
