This was our first time at this establishment. We sat at the bar, had a few drinks, and the chicken/wedges appetizer. Service was great, loved the atmosphere, and our appetizer hit the spot! Will definitely be back!

It's just okay ... i had baked haddock , a bit dry and crusty around edges so overcooked. One friend had buffalo chicken mac n cheese and wasnt overly impressed . We've been there before and it has been better , maybe it was an off night . We will try again but this aint baseball so they only get 2 strikes .

I’m never one to write reviews but in this circumstance I feel like it’s necessary. I’m not sure if our waitress was having a bad day or something but the service was absolutely horrible. From the beginning it took her so long to just order drinks and after that it was at least a 30 minute wait for any type of service. She wasn’t friendly at all and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I got the French onion soup and it tasted horrible. I didn’t even finish it, I still wanted to give the place a chance so I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and there was barely any chicken. It was mostly shaved carrots and lettuce. Unfortunately I got it to go because the service was taking so long so I didn’t get a chance to say anything. I’m hoping this was just a one time thing but I was very disappointed with the service and the food.

We have been frequently going to this location as the choices in the area are not great. Their firecracker shrimp is out of this world. You would be hard-pressed to find a better appetizer anywhere.. their burgers are decent, fries are good. On our most recent visit I got the ribeye steak they charge 33 dollars for. The 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch thick piece of meat was terribly overcooked, and they try to hide the low quality cut of meat with some sort of sauce and steak fat/grease mixture. It was the absolute worst steak I've ever ordered from anywhere. Which was too bad, because a few years back they had a seasonal steak medallion meal, that was actually quite nice. But with such a low quality piece of meat it got me thinking that their scallops are most likely not scallops as there is never any sand in them and probably a fish alternative. I will bet that you could see a Sysco truck back to their door daily. For the price they charge, they should most DEFINITELY not be using such a poor quality source of food like Sysco ... We'll probably keep going there because the area has NO options and that's mostly because the people are really nice .. it's not the workers fault the decision makers decide to use such poor quality suppliers... It's a great location and the atmosphere is nice.. just wish they would source their food from local farms instead of terrible corporate suppliers.
I spent $53.+ for a large takeout Lobster roll. It was extremely chewy to the extent of spitting out HALF OF THE LOBSTER!! Hoping someone tried it while they were at the restaurant.
Guarantee they sent it back!!!! Love to hear back from the restaurant

First time checking out the Billerica location, we go to the Tewksbury location all the time. This location is located inside of an old
Colonial style building. The bar side looked great but we sat in the dining room. The menu is the same and the quality of food is great. The craft beer selection was decent with a few local breweries represented, including Spy Glass Stateline IPA. Which was tasty. I got the Western Burger which did not disappoint either. Fries are always great, nice and crispy!
Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is great! It’s the main reason we go so often. They make a great grilled cheese with fries for a reasonable price.
