Wow is my first impression. We just moved to this area from Las Vegas and chose this as our first meal to try and we were not disappointed. First, that bread!!! With the toasted sesame on top w a little butter had me begging for more. Being our first time here we chose the Italian platter that was insane huge and only $22.99!!!! Full side chicken parm, eggplant parm, one meat ball, one sausage and lasagna. The sauce is top notch for sure as was each bite of each item. My husband prefers a meat lasagna but combined with the meatball he was for sure satisfied. If I had to pick one that item I could do without and that would be the eggplant parm but that's a personal preference. In the end 10/10. Will eat again. And to top the food, the service was outstanding as well.

Extremely rude waitress. Rushed us and was very harsh telling us that we "have a two hour dining limit and have been there for an hour and a half" when we were there a little over an hour.. food was very good but unfortunately the staff are extremely rude!!!

Love the chicken Parm with stuffed shells. We ask for light sauce and they are very mindful of your order.

Went in at 8:20 on a Thursday, thinking they were open until 9. Plenty of people sitting and eating. Hostess (very nice) said they would not seat us because although they were "open" until 8:30, they always shut down the kitchen 15 minutes early. If you want to shut down and stop seating people at 8:15, that's fine of course, but your sign and anywhere else your hours are listed should say you close at 8:15. Very disappointing to walk into an "open" restaurant where people are sitting and eating and be told you won't be served. If you're not seating people for dinner, you're not open, period. Did not get food, did not get service. Atmosphere seems nice.

It's such a nice little restaurant in the heart of Billerica. Delicious food, friendly, and a charming atmosphere. It's a small place but it is lovely.

Please is very cute and held so much promise. My wife's entree was mediocre at best. The pizza was a gooey, sloppy mess. A pool of oil sat on the top. No undercarriage, had to be eaten with a knife and fork . They were very busy and will not miss us, I'm sure.

It is a good restaurant where people who like pasta and are very hungry can definitely satisfy their appetite. To be honest, the business is really good, but there are almost no Chinese restaurants. We are the only one at the table, but I just like to find this kind of restaurant. Only in the restaurant can you really enjoy authentic American pasta!

All I can say is WOW, amazing, 5 star plus plus plus. Fresh tasting, generous portions, I have never seen a bigger piece of mozzarella or beef steak tomato... I highly recommend.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The server handled food without using gloves, which was concerning for hygiene. Hygiene practices need improvement for a better dining experience.

Excellent food. Poor, slow, unresponsive service. Atmosphere is mediocre. The restaurant was not busy but everything was slow and inattentive.
