It's a McDonald's. I got the McMuffin for breakfast. It was a little burnt around the edges. The service was ok. I did the drive thru, so I am not sure about how clean it was inside. The price seems really crazy for a breakfast sandwich.

Who designs the insides of these places probably some trust fund baby that needs to be fired. Seats are uncomfortable whole areas just awkward. no soda machine anymore ? EDIT : staff can’t even make an ice coffee anymore this is great BA-DA-DA-DA-DA I’m hating it.

Went to the drive thru, had two lanes but apparently second lane they were not taking orders had to wait for 3 cars that came after me to place their order before me to realize that, had to circle back to the first lane and wait additional time. Please put up a sign if only one lane is open. Asked for a receipt and the person told me they couldn’t print one for me. The food we got was cold, like it had been sitting out for a while.

This location actually killed it for me tonight!! I ordered online, when I got there the lot was full (???). My food came hot fresh no issues. Never thought I'd say that about Micky D's. Whoever took over this location you and your crew are doing something right.

The website states that the restaurant closes at 12am to collect the food, but they don't serve you after 11:30, they tell you to wait and they disappear, you wait and they never show up.

Had a real bad experience with the Drive Thru couple of months back in the evening. I was asked to park and wait for my Filet-O-Fish orders as they just started to prepare with new filets... I went where I can park and not block the traffic. I was waiting forever but no one came with my orders. I had to go back to Drive Thru in person (as getting into McD wasn't possible, it was closed for some reason). I got my order but really had very rude interaction with the service person. She asked me why I did not park where I was told (if I parked where she asked me, it'd block the Drive Thru and so I did not park there but parked within McD parking area). She also said I can't stand there in Drive Thru but standing there was the only option for me to get my order. No thanks to her but her service was just horrible.McDonald's, what's wrong with your customer service?
