It's a shame I bought food and it never came out. The people who ordered after me got their food first. I don't recommend it. It was a bad idea to go.

They never get the order right. We pay for French fries but donât get French fries. We ask for cheeseburgers with extra pickles but get cheeseburgers without any pickles. The McDonaldâs near Bridge Street is the worst McDonaldâs in Massachusetts! Save your money everyone!

You should consider yourself lucky if you really get what you ordered. The workers who take the orders are rude and rushed. No matter how many times you repeat and stress your order, they still manage to get it wrong! All experiences at this McDonalds have been a let down. Very disappointing!

Went through drive thru, got quarter pounder that was raw. Restaurant wasnât helpful when I called 20 minutes later, said they would only do in store refund. We know thatâs not true with todayâs technology. Filed dispute with CC company and just happy I didnât try and eat it while I was driving in the dark.

1.5 on yelp and 3.4 on google - for good reason. Rude staff. Consistent order mistakes. Not accommodating for simple requests like swapping a burger for a mcchicken on a kids meal. If this wasnât such a good location or had more competition nearby I would bet they would be one of the very few McDonaldâs to have to close.

I went there for the 2 6 piece nuggets deal. But apparently, the guy working, the register only put me in for 1. I tried to show him I wanted 2. He didn't understand me. And wasn't willing to talk to anybody else about it, he gave me 1. I wasn't willing to sit there and argue with someone who didn't understand me so I left. I don't ever post anything like this but I am getting so upset. And how customer service has become not only at this place but everywhere.
