Went through drive thru, got quarter pounder that was raw. Restaurant wasn’t helpful when I called 20 minutes later, said they would only do in store refund. We know that’s not true with today’s technology. Filed dispute with CC company and just happy I didn’t try and eat it while I was driving in the dark.

1.5 on yelp and 3.4 on google - for good reason. Rude staff. Consistent order mistakes. Not accommodating for simple requests like swapping a burger for a mcchicken on a kids meal. If this wasn’t such a good location or had more competition nearby I would bet they would be one of the very few McDonald’s to have to close.

Every time i go here the order is not correct only one in line this morning no syryp for the hotcakes There are 1400 McDonald's within a 10 mile radius i will never stop at this one again

I went there for the 2 6 piece nuggets deal. But apparently, the guy working, the register only put me in for 1. I tried to show him I wanted 2. He didn't understand me. And wasn't willing to talk to anybody else about it, he gave me 1. I wasn't willing to sit there and argue with someone who didn't understand me so I left. I don't ever post anything like this but I am getting so upset. And how customer service has become not only at this place but everywhere.

Always dirty, if you’re in lane 2 of the drive thru you can get ignored for upward of 5 cars, even if you arrive before the lunch rush and well after breakfast ended you will likely be put into a parking spot to wait. For “fast food” it sure isn’t fast and they never follow the policy if the comp card if you have to wait.

First shift they are the best! 10/10. All the teenage como te llamas are there in the afternoon serving cold food and watery soda. Idk how u mess up the soda thought it was preset. Ya anything after 2pm is trash here just go home and eat a sandwich save urself the hastle and the dollar.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for quite some time as I leave quite close to it. This has got to be one of the worst service McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s like a 20% chance your food is right, but a good mix of the drive thru person not taking the order correct to just the food being straight up wrong. No matter how many times you repeat yourself, it’s wrong. Another issue is they are SOOOO rushy. My food is hanging out the drive thru window before I even have a chance to make it there. It feels like the food is being thrown at you.
As an example of wrong food: Yesterday, 9/23/24, I got a mcchicken (asked for ONLY Mac sauces, a med fries, med coke. The mcchicken was just normal with mayo and lettuce. Today, 9/24/24, I ordered the exact same thing but made sure to repeat that I only was Mac sauce on the mcchicken. The person took the order correct. I get my food, mcchicken still had lettuce and mayo on it, but also added a heaping amount of Mac sauce. It wasn’t edible with the amount of mayo and mac sauce it had. Disappointing.
The manager taught others to take your order off the screen probably for numbers. Then when they make your order they miss something 95% of the time.

Place was horrible tonight. September 1 2024. The food was cold. The burgers were thrown together like a 2 year old made them. I go to this McDonald's because it's usually good and the food is hot! Not tonight. I felt like driving back and throwing the cold crap right through the drive thru window. What a joke! Won't be back. I will have to go to another location to get my grandkids there happy meals! If I could give this review a negative stars I would!

I went here because McDonald’s was promoting the five dollar meal deal and they decided to tell me that they don’t have it that every McDonald’s is different but yet I can order it if I do make delivery or pick up place is a joke as is the staff that worked there hence why they work there
