MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Bit of a shipwreck. We were there just after noon. Server looked and acted like someone more at home in a garage/workshop. Loud and abrupt. No friendliness.Lots of commotion in the kitchen for 2 orders. Food came out OK.Restaurant was a bit of a disaster. Not sure when it was (properly) cleaned. Rubbish under tables.Not sure if a make shift office or someone living in the back corner (not exaggerating). An entire booth had clothing and other things piled up on the seat and table.Front door slams shut with every customer.Floor is sticky by front door but quickly transitions to a greasy oily finish throughout the Restaurant and run down bathrooms (complete with loose toilet). Mens bathroom door doesn't close properly.We have visited a few Mooyahs lately and drove out of our way to visit this one - unfortunately, this one is a standout for all the wrong reasons.

The burgers were decent, but the fries were terrible. The chili queso dip wasn't worth trying.

The food was incredible. I wish that the time in which I wanted the order to be ready was considered. The fries were cold. The burger was great

We had a delivery and the food despite being not warm, it was really tasty. Although they've missed a few items in our order, which was listed on the receipt but didn't come in the bag. The only option from google was to call the restaurant, but they don't take calls, so we had missing items and no refund for it, we can't even contact them.

This is not exactly the place to go for a great atmosphere but rather for the quality of the burgers. It is what I would call a Five Guys on steroids. Its got the same vibe as five guys except with far better quality. The fresh potato buns really are a game changer for the burger itself, on top of the fun toppings and style of burgers they have. They have shakes and fresh cut fries with skin still on them. Overall one of the best burger spots I've ever been to.

I went to this location for a third time in five years because they sent coupons out and unfortunately won’t be returning even though I honestly really want this place to be good. Burgers are underwhelming and overpriced, fries have been old and cold every time even though it says they make them when you arrive. Before the buy one burger get one burger free coupon I used my total was $38 for two burgers fries and one shake which is the equivalent price point to ordering from one of many sit down restaurants within 0.5 miles all of which have great burgers and fries. The second star is because the crew was nice and the milkshake was great. As someone who rarely goes out for a quick burger there are just too many five star options around, hope to see it change for the better!

Went there to grab a burger individual fry and shake. Parking in the plaza is easy service was fast for a lunchtime order and the staff was super friendly. Fries didn't have any salt, as it was my first time here not sure if they always come that way or if that was just something that was missed but they did have salt packets available for me to add. Smash style burger patties, Food was good but overall a bit pricey, meal was just about 20 bucks for a burger, fries and small shake. And the small shake was a SMALL for $5.50.

Worse burger I have ever eaten. I was going to go to Five Guys because some reviews said this place was better. WOW THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE!! The service was absolutely atrocious. There were 3 staff when we came in and one disappeared after we had been there for 10 minutes. The two remaining staff literally did not seem to know what they we're doing. I waited 20 minutes and the other 2 with me waited 40 minutes for the food. The burgers were so overcooked they were crunchy. The fries ice cold. Avoid this place like the plague.

Don’t ever call this place, no one will answer. The milkshakes are super thick. They’re pretty good. The fries would be good if they don’t dump an entire container of salt on it. The last time I went inside, an irate customer parked their Yukon right in front of the store, came inside and went behind the counter to approach a staff member. He politely told her that wasn’t allowed, but she continued to push her way back there as an argument ensued.

This is truly the worst fast food I’ve ever eaten. We tried Mooyah for the first time, and I’m shocked by how bad this food is. Two inedible burgers, disgusting overcooked and flat potato buns, overcooked fries. How could a Mushroom Swiss burger just taste like mayo? Even though I spent $39.96 for these two combos, I’m throwing them out and going to get dinner elsewhere. Avoid this place.

Jonathan and Britt from the Billerica location provided excellent service and customer satisfaction was through the roof. They were wonderful in wishing my daughter turning 10 a very happy birthday. If raises are in the budget I would strongly consider Jonathan and Britt.Thank you and have a great day!

Kid-friendliness: Our kids adored Jonathan and Britt because of how welcoming they are. They look forward to seeing them every time we come to Billerica.

Jonathan Montana sells you the dream meal, made me want to order everything. Very cool, bubbly and inviting personality. Nice atmosphere and will definitely be back to order burgers, fries and shakes from him ?

The burgers were delish! I got a Cheddar Bacon BBQ burger - it was very tasty. Fries were good. My daughter loved them and her Kids burger. The hand cut chips were really good - lots of flavor. The Reese's PB shake is also highly recommended. The staff was very welcoming, kind, and super helpful! We'll be back.

Placed an order for curbside pickup so I can't comment on atmosphere. Burgers were meh. Overcooked patty on a bun, cheese was in a separate container that we had to add ourselves. Fries were terrible. Not sure how they could be soggy and burnt at the same time, but they were. Hot dogs tasted good, but same deal with the cheese and also the presentation was very poor. I get that it's takeout, but it could at least look somewhat appetizing in the box. Also skimped me the bacon that I paid extra for. That's why you always check the bag before you leave, I guess.

Shaq has the BEST customer service. He is knowledgeable and friendly , explained the menu. We will definitely go back. The food was delicious and we had a great experience . You are lucky to have Shaw as a member of your team !!!
