placed an order at the self service Kisok and it was lost. 15 min later placed an order at the counter and it took more than 15 min to get the food. Poor all around. Manager did not comprehend the issue.

They helped me to put a lunch that wouldn't aggravate my allergies.
I use to eat at Panera but in this place they changed the bread of all sandwiches (I know that bc after I got mine I checked the other customers sandwiches) but they don’t even let you know before you buy it. I just got surprised when I got my tuna sandwich on cheap sliced white bread loaf the ones that u buy a bag in a supermarket. They keep the same price lol. Tbh would be worthy and better spend your money in a subway sandwich

I go here for coffee and a bagel while my wife gets her hair done. I keep coming back and enjoy the great coffee and bagel. My wife bought me a gift card because she knew I enjoyed it here so much. The people are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Panera

They got rid of my favorite drink and lost a customer in the process.
The grilled cheese sandwich is now been cut they use tiny bread instead of normal sliced bread and still charge so high it’s baby bread,. Sad because the grilled cheese was my favorite. I know inflation is bad but this is ridiculous
