It had been a few weeks since they opened before I made my last visit. They employed the most incompetent staff both times I went. Things took a complete turn for the unexpected today! We were greeted by a very helpful and kind woman who took our order. The usual high-quality cuisine arrived promptly. Due to the nature of the task at hand, my guest and I remained there for over fifteen minutes with our laptops propped open. There was never any pressure or urgency to have us go. I didn't feel the need to bolt out the door because it wasn't very packed. Since I generally enjoy Panera eateries, I will be returning more frequently now. Fortunately, this one is right here in my town, so I'm pleased it lived up to my expectations.

Panera sips program is great! I love my iced coffees, ice teas there for a fraction of price! Also good spot to grab a salad every once in a while in a rush!

One of my favourite food outlets, when in Massachusetts you simply must try the lobster mac and cheese. Their kitchen sink cookies are another delicious treat. Their drinks are refillable

I belong to the Sips Club and stopped in for an ice coffee. It really tasted great. The location was convenient to an appt I had.
placed an order at the self service Kisok and it was lost. 15 min later placed an order at the counter and it took more than 15 min to get the food. Poor all around. Manager did not comprehend the issue.

I use to eat at Panera but in this place they changed the bread of all sandwiches (I know that bc after I got mine I checked the other customers sandwiches) but they don’t even let you know before you buy it. I just got surprised when I got my tuna sandwich on cheap sliced white bread loaf the ones that u buy a bag in a supermarket. They keep the same price lol. Tbh would be worthy and better spend your money in a subway sandwich

I go here for coffee and a bagel while my wife gets her hair done. I keep coming back and enjoy the great coffee and bagel. My wife bought me a gift card because she knew I enjoyed it here so much. The people are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Panera
