Got a slice today and it was horrible.
Must have been very old and they rushed heating it so it was barely warm. Every time I go to sals Billerica it's something. SMH. Usually it's a bad attitude by the staff, today it was bad pizza.
Guess i just gotta stick with thevone in Chelmsford. Never a problem there.

This location cancels its TooGoodToGo orders within less than 10 minutes of pickup starting, so the notification comes in while you're already on your way and you don't know you're not going to get the food you pre-paid for until you've arrived at the location. This has happened several times. If they cancelled the orders sooner, it would be frustrating but not a problem, but unfortunately they do not.

Stopped in for a slice -first time- and was shocked to see it was 5 bucks & change. The serving was huge and worth every penny. Ordered a large pie on the spot to take home. Delicious. The employee was terrific; I'll be back!

Got a lg chesse pizza I think they forgot to put sauce on it
Plus the pizza was paper thin
What happened to the old days the way they made there pizzas

Placed a phone order for 2 pizzas. Cheese and a pepper and onion. The restaurant was extremely clean and the 2 guys working were friendly and greeted us. The pizzas were amazing. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce. The pizza’s were excellent

I wouldn't recommend sals pizza as a former delivery driver they don't care about safety you're basically Eating everything that's on the floor of the truck lol ggs

Went to sals last night, nasty guy that served us had no gloves on and he was making pizzas. He was picking his face and putting his hands all through his hair. Didn’t even have a good attitude. Didn’t smile or greet us when we came in. If you don’t like your job leave.place was filthy. Very dissatisfied. Pizza taste worse then chunky cheese. Never again.

Unorganized staff burnt pizza never fails.

I had Sal’s cater a birthday party with 1 large salad and 11 pizzas (multiple varieties) All pizzas arrived hot! Salad was crisp and all veggies were so fresh. I had never been to Sal’s before. Natalie helped me put together my order and made sure I had everything I needed and even called to check before she delivered. She went above and beyond. Guests were happy, no complaints. Best voted pizza was the pepper-roni. Thank you!
