We ordered 8 pizzas to be picked up by Uber eats. Sals sent 4 Uber drivers away because the pizzas were not made. We called and the pizza cook confirmed that the pizzas were not made. There was no reason why they did not make them. They never canceled any order and we were charged $200 for the pizzas. Are you kidding me?

Pizza is pretty pathetic. Floppy, sauce all over, not enough cheese. The ingredients are fresh but the final product leaves a lot to be desired.

Ordered a large pizza for takeout. I use Gpay. Just clicked the buttons. After I clicked the last button I get the receipt. They had a tip added. No asking if I wanted to tip. Just in by default. I don't mind tipping at restaurants, but I refuse to tip for takeout. I will never buy anything from Sal's again. This review is just a heads up to anyone in the future who is going to order from Sal's.

I have been going here for years! But, this trip was terrible. I almost always get a pizza to go.Since I live 5 minutes away it works well for me and the fam. I ordered by phone a large pie.Told it would be 15 to 20vminutes. I left the house 5 minutes after calling and was there by 5 minutes more. 10 minutes total. To my surprise the pizza was ready.... hmmmm. Anyway, got it home. Opened it up and could only scratch my head. The pizza was cold, very very very dry, and the toppings shriveled to mere specks. I have eaten pizza from thousands of pizzerias from Milan to Naples, to 10 or 12 states, And other countries. Believe me when I tell you.... this was a pie already made at some point during the day. Probably lunch time. And put in the case.It was so dry and emaciated. The dough was also dried out. And I am sure as sure can be that this was reheated in the oven. So my 25 bucks got me the worst Sals experience ever. I been going to Sals going on 20 years. And I say to Sal and his team.... "Not good to be doing this type of thing". Not sure I wanna go back! Even my kids said it was "gross" ! " What happened to Sals?" Extremely disappointed!

It's mediocre pizza if it actually comes. They make no guarentees that it will come. If it doesn't, they won't send you a replacement item. So, I just spent $40 and got zero food. that's the

Great customer service at this location! I went in around 7:30 at night and they were sold out of cheese pizza slices. Being a vegetarian, I couldn't eat any of the other pizzas. The manager named Fred was very accommodating and made me new cheese slices quickly. Was much appreciated !

Bought an extra large 19 inch pizza, thought I would have large slices like they advertise. Didn't happen. Pizza was half pepperoni and half meatball. Though it was actually 1 topping was charged for 2 toppings. The other place I go to doesn't charge for 2 toppings. Sal"s is just another pizza place with higher prices. I'll stick with my pizza place, at least I get what's advertised.

Enjoyed a chicken and broccoli calazone. It came with a cup of tasty marinara sauce. I left out the ricotta cheese, and the broccoli was chopped. The grilled chicken had a nice seasoning on it.Employees were nice. They brought the calazone to the table.
