I ordered a matcha latte. They didn't even bother mixing the match power. It had so many chunks and tasted really bad. Very very disappointed

I went to our local Starbucks today. I pre ordered 2 cold beverages and when we arrived they weren’t ready. No one greeted us upon arrival. I also needed a gift card so I got what I needed and waited at the register for at less 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was waiting. In the meantime one of my two drinks appeared. So we waited and waited for the other when finally an employee asked what we were waiting for . She found my drink over by the drive through put int on the counter and said sorry about that and when I went to pick it up she pulled it away again and said sorry about that again. I’m sorry but this is not how you treat a customer at your store who is already been waiting and frustrated. You just add to the frustration. I asked to speak to the manager I doubt anything will be done. If this is the caliber of people being hired by Starbucks I guess I need to find a new coffee shop to go to. There are plenty better than Starbucks.

Didn’t get the order right even after asking for clarification. The order was two different drinks right off the menu nothing special. I was born and raised here. I speak clearly I don’t get why people can’t complete a basic order. It’s so annoying every time you go out just to get a coffee somebody can’t even make that right that’s why I just make coffee at home most of the time but I just wasted half an hour and 15 bucks and I am only disappointed

I understand it's Xmas Eve..but I was in there today ordered a drink and croissant and I stood there for 25 min without anyone acknowledging if I was waiting for anything before I gave up , ate the money and left.. eventually I had to go back to work..not the first time this has happened there..I guess it's my fault for being fooled twice

Horrible service, employees don’t follow on orders when i made specific order with light ice and minimal amount of berries in drink they made it right in front of me regular ice and put 3 scoops in there.

Ordered an iced coffee with caramel drizzle , mocha drizzle and sweet cream. I got no drizzle and barely any sweet cream. I had them remake it twice and each time it was not what I ordered, if you pay $7 it should be made right

I went to this Starbucks. Cashier was incredibly polite but made a mistake on my order. No problem. I mentioned this to another worker named Jess who remade my order apologized, and even offered to refund me the difference. I said it was OK. Jess was very professional and respectful. I saw how the other employees were interacting with customers and they are quick,friendly and happy to work (at least thats what they show).

Great Starbucks to go to for sure!

I usually love coming here. The service is iffy depending on what day and time you come. Workers are nice and always work hard. However, today I got my usual drink. Thankfully I asked for a straw because I was going to pour this into a cup when I got home and would have completely swallowed this black floating thing in my drink that I am hoping is a coffee bean. Even if it was a coffee bean, someone could choke on this, especially a child. My ice had melted and it floated to the top and I feel grossed out by it now. Hopefully I don’t get any more orders like this if I return.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The worker lied straight to my face about there being no matcha left. As soon as I placed my order a ton of matcha orders were made in front of my face. They gave me dirty looks and they had us stand there and wait without notifying us when it was there. We constantly had to check and they didn’t make ours for at least fifteen minutes when the store wasn’t crowded at all. I was so excited to go to my favorite place , get a drink that I love, and maybe even apply to this Starbucks but they treat the costumers extremely poorly and disrespectful. I wanted to say something so bad about the petty attitude / atmosphere but I waited to make this review so other people know the truth. I work in the hospitality industry and this was not it at all. Plus a girl was staring at my boyfriend in front of my face. One last thing, the person replying to these reviews does not care about anyone whatsoever. You don’t reply to reviews with the same words every time. Shows how you have zero care for every individual costumer. Please rethink the way you ALL run this business. Terrible job.

Starbucks typically doesn't get our orders wrong the same way other coffee chains have but every so often it has occurred. This establishment is one of the few that has never gotten it wrong which is awesome. We are pretty particular about our coffee more than any other type of consumables and so it's a relief to know there's a place we can go and not worry about our order results disappointing.

The staff is great and timely, there are rarely any lines when we have gone for the drive through. We consider this one of the secret gem Starbucks establishments we visit out of the 5 - 6 we frequent in our area.
