DO NOT GO HERE WASTE OF MONEY !!! I come here regularly and I’m highly disappointed with my last visit!!! I use the planet fitness in the same plaza 5 days a week and my wife and I order food online twice a week after our gym workouts. We get the same thing everytime. She gets tuna and I get the elite chicken bacon ranch. This time something is different. My wife’s sub has a scrape worth of tuna spread throughout her sandwich. She enjoys tuna lettuce tomato cucumber red onions, black olives and a few sauces. The bread is dry and missing ingredients in the sub! We noticed her sub looked smaller (after the fact she had taken a bite because she was so hungry on account of us not eating before the gym) so much for a foot long! At 9:55pm we get home from the gym / subway, I noticed how my sub looks (elite chicken bacon ranch) There is barely any meat in the sub and the fillings have just been thrown together. I’m very disappointed with this experience. I worked food and service for 10 years and as a manager at one point I would’ve corrected this for my customers. I even reached out to subway about it just to be left like dust in the wind! No response to my email!! Stay away from this location!!! We are most likely NOT coming back here ever again. It’s a shame too. The subway is only 7 minutes from the house and had weekly business from us. Now you have lost a long time customer because of negligence. Where is the meat you guys advertise in your commercials? All we paid for is bread! Good riddance.

Food is subpar. The cinnamon stick tasted awful (like fake food), the taste lingered in my mouth for hours after I had eaten.
The property is badly maintained.
The bathroom was dirty, and the door nob turned up in a different direction than the standard I see in America. I felt that I stepped into a parallel world.

Besides the prices being jacked up by the "new owner," the tables are disgusting. Do they consider cleaning the tables in their free time which is really long? I doubt it does cross their minds.

I got food poisoning from your food. Your food is in no way cooked all the way, I got a meatball sub, there’s hard pieces in the meatballs, it tasted raw and I paid 10$? Not a 10$ worth meal and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else . Please learn how to cook food correctly and follow food and state guidelines.

I spent $18 ordering a large drink, and a foot long steak and cheese with bacon. The guy said the new manager said something about having to put extra cheese on a steak and cheese and therefore charge for extra cheese. I have never heard that in my many times I've gone to subway. Also there was only like one person in the store. He was fast I'll give him that. Anyone else remember when a foot long was $5?

If i can rate it a zero, i would of. Terrible customer service and expensive. But mostly the fact the person was making my sandwich, when he was cutting the sandwich in half, he started bleeding….. he kept going. I asked him if he was sure that he wasn’t bleeding on my sandwich. He ignore me and still kept touching my sandwich with blood coming out. He got annoyed and went to add water then put a sticker to stop the bleeding. He didn’t bother giving me a new sandwich, too late. Disgusting and unprofessional.

I usually order on the Subway app and pick up at the store myself. I don't usually get to interact with the personnel, but when I did they were accommodating. The sandwiches are tasty and we'll meet. I like how easy it is to customize your sandwiches and request extra meat for an upcharge. Other extra ingredients are part of the base charge of the sandwich. The roles are always fresh.A lot of the Subway stores don't take promotional coupons, but if you order through the app then the promotions are taken there.I did notice at this store the soda machine was out of commission for more than a week. Bottled drinks when available in the refrigerated cases, though. I go here often.

Worst subway I've ever been to. The woman working the counter had no idea what a spicy italian was. I had to describe each vegi cause she had no idea what each was. When I asked for pepper, the pepper came from packets and not a shaker. She got condiments all over the outside of the sandwiches, making them barely holdable. And to add insult on top this store doesn't accepthold able. This store is embarrassing
