This was my first time here & my experience was horrible. The young man look very unhappy like he didn’t wanna be there & also was talking on his phone while making me & my husbands subs . Also made them wrong & didn’t even have no straws! Also told me that the turkey was bad when I asked for it . Why have the turkey out ? I would not come here ever again

This is the worst Subway sandwich shop ever. The employee’s cannot follow instructions, the bread is burnt and tastes like rubber.

this place is terrible!! the dude serving me around 2pm did not know english in the slightest!! i asked for a tuna sub, he put chicken on it then i told him i didn’t ask for chicken i asked for tuna, and he took it out the oven and said « tuna? » and i said yeah, he put the TUNA on top of the chicken (that i am allergic to) then when i asked for creamy siracha, he starred at the sauce for a minute then put the wrong one on, and to top it off he charged me 20!!! dollars, charged me for the goddamn chicken, (my order is always $11) then had to just throw it away cause if i complained to him he wouldn’t even know!! he legit has the people who ordered online to-go, read their order out for him cause he couldn’t read, and could barely BARELY speak basic basic english, and didn’t give me my receipt either!!! imagine if i hadn’t noticed the chicken and ended up in the hospital!!!!

The condition here is so bad that what can I say, I give them the order and I have to tell them to put the things. Even then they do not put the things properly. They put so much work that it seems as if they do not have to cut and fill again. They put the stuff in such a hurry that it is not even worth asking. As long as it was in the hands of the owner, it was going very well but now the new owner has come. I don't know, maybe he has told them to put the same work that is why they are doing this. These people are not working properly and at all

Edit: gave this subway a try one more time as it use to be a good place to eat. They put 5 pieces of spinach on my foot long and all yhe the veggies were bad. I almost got sick eating my sandwich because it tasted like rotting lettuce. The cucumbers were also soft and looked like they were being defrosted.
Im unsure if they got new managers and/or owners but its surly gotten worse over the last year. Its not just the good that has gotten worse but the staff seem more unhappy. I hope the management treats them well but due to how the store is running it doesn't seem like it.
Ps: The Pepsi I got tasted like soap when I got to my car and due to the worker being annoyed about having to serve me I just decided to leave.

I will never do a delivery at this place again. I went in there waiting to ask the clerk for the order I was picking up. Then the clerks co-worker who was eating ask me if I was picking an order. Then I grab the order & walk out. As I’m walking to my car I feel someone glaring at me. Once I got to my car. Turn around. The dude Was watching me the
whole time. The nerve for him to watch me walk to my car is creepy
This is the worst subway in this entire area. The workers have attitude and are not attentive to anything going on in the store. It’s actually insane how bad it is

Been here twice, both times I ordered a build your own and charged for a similar, more expensive specialty sub (double meat or cheese, which I did NOT order or request) and when I said that’s not what I ordered, the staff just pointed at the menu and said that’s what I got. Assumed the first instance was a fluke. Were it not for avoiding food waste, I would have walked out the second time. Don’t bother with this place, you’ll end up overcharged.

Definitely should have read the reviews before I came here. Totally awful. Got a spicy Italian, drink and chip for 17 dollars. Bread was so stale. He did not put the right amount of meat on the sub and shorted me. Was even cheap with the pickels. Literally put 4 tiny pickles on a foot long. The soda fountain machine was broken. Not sure why they never work at subway. Avoid at all costs.

Arrived just before noon. Turned away because these did not have lettuce and a couple of other items.
DO NOT GO HERE WASTE OF MONEY !!! I come here regularly and I’m highly disappointed with my last visit!!! I use the planet fitness in the same plaza 5 days a week and my wife and I order food online twice a week after our gym workouts. We get the same thing everytime. She gets tuna and I get the elite chicken bacon ranch. This time something is different. My wife’s sub has a scrape worth of tuna spread throughout her sandwich. She enjoys tuna lettuce tomato cucumber red onions, black olives and a few sauces. The bread is dry and missing ingredients in the sub! We noticed her sub looked smaller (after the fact she had taken a bite because she was so hungry on account of us not eating before the gym) so much for a foot long! At 9:55pm we get home from the gym / subway, I noticed how my sub looks (elite chicken bacon ranch) There is barely any meat in the sub and the fillings have just been thrown together. I’m very disappointed with this experience. I worked food and service for 10 years and as a manager at one point I would’ve corrected this for my customers. I even reached out to subway about it just to be left like dust in the wind! No response to my email!! Stay away from this location!!! We are most likely NOT coming back here ever again. It’s a shame too. The subway is only 7 minutes from the house and had weekly business from us. Now you have lost a long time customer because of negligence. Where is the meat you guys advertise in your commercials? All we paid for is bread! Good riddance.

I have gone to many subways I have never been given a more thin sandwich in my life, they are clearly cutting corners to save money and it translates to your good proportion. Would give 0 stars if I could
