drive through line had 10+ cars, it wasnt really moving either- once i finally got my food one burger had everything on it after requesting plain, and got no bacon on my BACONATOR!!!! thats just insulting- do not recommend this wendys :(

I've ordered from this Wendy's location several times, and each time, no matter what time of day, they've had good customer service. I always order via drive-thru, and I have not had any complaints. The staff is friendly, and they always get my order correct. No missing sauces, food, drinks, etc., which is always a good thing. I recommend this location.

I like Wendy’s a lot. But this location has turnt into absolute garbage in the last year or so. Maybe it just depends on who you get working when you go here but today I got the wrong ones. My fries were practically not cooked couldn’t even finish eating them. The nuggets I used to think were impossible to mess up but those were cooked so long could barely even chew them. And the burger I got the patty itself was way overcooked but the cheese on the actual burger was not melted. Not sure what happened today but I literally had to end up making a completely different meal for both me and my son when I got home and “attempted” to eat this hot garbage. Very disappointing think I’ll just have to do McDonalds everytime from now on which stinks cause that location in Billerica next to Wendy’s also isn’t great. This generation of workers have to be the laziest we’ve ever had as a society it’s pretty sad.

Worst staff ever. The manager was actually the worst out of them all. Extremely rude to their customers. I don't know how they still operate in there 👎
In my honest opinion, either shut down the whole restaurant or fire the entire staff. I can’t speak for the night staff but the morning staff is completely ridiculous. Takes 20 minutes for a breakfast meal with a new born child while staff are just on there phones making excuses why there not open. I say go to McDonald’s for anything and I only eat breakfast and trying Wendy’s breakfast for the first time since they breakfast better well certain not ..

I witnessed something very bad while I was waiting for my food. Two employees started argueing and then physically fighting. The one who started the fight was allowed to stay on shift where I also saw him kick and spit on the other employee car. I also heard this employee state he shoots coke into his arm. Both employees were loud and bad mouthing each other. All this was happening, and the manager did nothing. I am very concerned to go back to this location and bring my family.

I ordered a number 7 breakfast meal I tend to grab the order thinking all the food was there mind you I was the only one there as a customer they couldn’t even get my food right they literally doing nothing worried about there phones etc I ended up leaving thinking all my food was in the bag I had to turn around and go get the rest of my food like now they made me late for work for there lack of paying attention I literally went to go eat my food and tell me my sandwich was so cold also with my fries really bad WARNING DONT GO THERE waist of time and money get new employees as well 0star rating
