Paid 14.00 dollars for a #2 single patty. The burger was crushed flat and small…. Fries were mildly warm and tasted old/stale. Even the soft drink tasted flat. For the price that they charge for these meals now, it shouldn’t look and taste like this. Wendy’s has gone way down hill… will not be back

Had a great experience at Wendy’s today. The staff was friendly, patient, and really on top of things, even during a busy time. My order was taken quickly, made correctly, and the food was hot and fresh. The place was clean and had a good vibe overall. You can tell the team actually cares about good service. Definitely a solid stop and I’ll be back.

Gets home for the third time now of this happening and this is what’s on it, It’s fine if you forget the “extra” cheese but could you at least put a regular amount? And amount that makes them enjoyable?

we went to wendys october 4th around 11:30pm and we got the bacanator and frys and they literally gave us slices of bacon not cut up bacon.

i asked for bacon on my burger, and their was no bacon so i go back inside because they got my order wrong they had a lot of attitude rushing me and when i finally got my second “bacon” burger their was YET no bacon on it i had to wait in line and deal with attitude please learn how to read. i’m only 17 and i have a college level reading level do better i could do your job better than all of yall. mind you it’s a full kitchen nobody is under staffed there.

I just went to this Wendy’s and let me say the service was top tier!!! I had to get order from my son in the back seat while in drive thru and Betsy was so patient and very friendly. When I got to the window she was helpful with my questions about the coupon boo books but also was friendly to me. Not pushy nothing. I realized after driving away that I had missed a sandwich. I went back and had no problem getting the correct one. Everyone in the building was helpful friendly. I am so happy to have a good place that service is welcoming and helpful. The location was clean even the parking lot. Great job everyone!!!!!
If you want to sit in your car in the drive thru for more than 30 mins with 1 car in line this is your place . Super super slow .

drive through line had 10+ cars, it wasnt really moving either- once i finally got my food one burger had everything on it after requesting plain, and got no bacon on my BACONATOR!!!! thats just insulting- do not recommend this wendys :(

I've ordered from this Wendy's location several times, and each time, no matter what time of day, they've had good customer service. I always order via drive-thru, and I have not had any complaints. The staff is friendly, and they always get my order correct. No missing sauces, food, drinks, etc., which is always a good thing. I recommend this location.
