I went here for 2 days in a row on the first day 11-16 @5am the staff was unbelievably rude. I was ordering coffee for my coworker so I don't know the terms most people used so. But the drive thru clerk was rude and snapped at me cause I didn't use the right terms. And the clerk who makes the breakfast items was rude cause I waited for my bagels that I ordered and paid for. Today 11-17 8:10am the staff was friendlier albeit a little condescendingly so I asked for 2 different bagels toasted with light spread.
I got my bagels quickly only to find out they wernt toasted just cut and cream cheese. It's very easy to tell.
So if you want friendly service and orders done right don't go here cause all you will get is rude service and what ever they want to give you

Why on earth do you have a mobile app that the workers do not even recognize! Multiple times I placed my order at the Blackstone location and my slip is sitting on the counter being ignored. Today I waited 15 mins for a large hot coffee!! The time I waited I watched people and groups go to the counter order food and drinks and have their orders before me who placed it at home and drove there and still waited!!! Today I had to tell any employee that my slip was still just sitting on the counter! Unacceptable!!!!! Also they apparently do not pay attention to the time stamp of mobile order slips because I also watched them grab slips just coming through and make that order before others just sitting on the counter!!!

I'm a dasher. Usually this place is awesome, super friendly staff very kind! This morning however at 10.30 to when I was done at 10.50 I received so much unprofessional lip and added difficulty to customers orders just for the sake of being difficult. The manager was embarrassed because they had a order stolen before I got there, in here immature embarrassment she refused to put orders onto the to-go tray system. Instead a different employee had to middle manage the order which they refused to call. Because the replacement order Doordash put in was in a code #..not the customers name. (Because it was doordash..reordering due to their mistake.) For no reason at all they ruined the same customers order twice. What an absolute shame and all because of one individual. I'll always remember "we don't call out numbers, only names". I am a platinum dasher and Local guide on google so I am in this building multiple times a day. I assure you from not on I will be so critical with my doordash details, My customers will know every incident that occurs. Also to try and give me lip for a orders name entry? is she really so stupid as to think doordashers are the ones making up the customers orders and names on a whim?....FYI I took a look at their times boar, being versed in the food industry. Their weekly average serve time is 52 seconds. its often close to this, THIS morning under a rude lips management the time per order average was 2.55... that's 5 times slower than average. FIRE HER for incompetency.

Went to the drive thru June 4th, around 2pm.. while I was waiting for my coffee and food I see a worker chewing on her finger nails, when I made a comment about it to the worker and asked for a manager, she says, "don't tell me what to do" and she shut the drive thru window and told me to leave, extremely unprofessional. I called the Board of Health to inform them. And will now be leaving this review regarding the disgusting nail biting while handling food and drinks and the unprofessional response I received when I pointed it out. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting ?

I asked for 2 coffee 3 cream , 5 caramel the lady on the intercom said 2 cream , 5 caramel.
Guess what i got 2 cream and 5 caramel when i got to the window the rude colleague said well i dont have a headset on ( yes but dummy yall should be on the same page) you not making coffee orders out of your head. So i said thats why i repeat it bunch of time.
Then she wants me to remake it ? I said yes just because she is a rude one. Someone i know inside told me she just took the coffee and sat them on the counter.
Next time im going to be the rude one.
