Whenever I want pizza, I only buy it here, and today the employee who took my order asked me what sauce I wanted for the wings. I told her I wanted hot sauce and sweet and sour, and she said it was only one sauce. I told her I always eat there and the owner always gives me both the sweet and sour and the hot sauce. She then loudly and with a bit of an attitude yelled at the owner asking him if he gave away sauces for free to customers. That made me feel very bad because I always go to that place, but today wasn't my day because she was also charging me $10 more than usual for the same thing I always order. I showed her proof of what I always pay, and she call the owner and he said I hadn't ordered chicken. I told him I have pictures of the food and I always order the same thing: a large pepperoni pizza, plain wings, and a 2-liter soda. And he knows! Nothing was resolved, so I decided not to buy anything and left. I can't believe they treated me like that. That's unacceptable and not at all professional or polite. No education. And I've been a loyal customer for a while now. That’s not right 😣

Ya know, I was in the area visiting an old friend, and I wanted something to eat on my drive home. I opted for a meatball sub, because I am a bit of a meatball and that's my favorite. I am always scared to try new places incase they disappoint, but I gotta say, that was about one of the tastiest meatball subs I have ever had. Definately up there in flavor and portion, lot's of sauce and cheese, and the meatballs didn't taste microwaved. They tasted homemade. What a good little find! My only sorrow is I live 2000 miles away!! Grabbed a baklava for the hotel, but that thing never had a chance! After devouring the entire large sub, and getting plenty of it on me during my drive back to Andover for the night, I tasted the slice of bakalava just to see if it was as good... it was all over from there. It never made it to the hotel.

This is usually my go to for pizza when visiting my mom in Blackstone. Yesterday I ordered a Greek Salad for our lunch. $14.00 for lettuce and feta cheese. No Kalamata olives, no pepperoncini. Lettuce, one grape tomato split in half and feta. It’s a disappointment. I won’t be ordering again.

Not the pizza I remember. I think they spilled the oregano. It was the worst pizza. It was overpriced and I would not recommend it.

We ordered delivery from here for the 2nd time this week because the food is good. However both times there was an issue with delivery. The first time the driver went to the wrong address then when she called us and we told her she was at the wrong address she sounded mad, like it was our fault lol. Tonight we waited an hour and a half. On top of the incredibly long wait, our food was cold. I understand that Friday nights are probably busy but we only live 8 mins away so cold pizza and mozzarella sticks was very disappointing. We will definitely be picking up any future orders.

Ideal pizza used to be my favorite for over 20 years. The pizza is not the same as the original recipe. Crust is hard, thin and dry. The sauce has too much oregano and barely any cheese. Very disappointing. Quality of the food has decreased over time.

Me and my wife use to love this place but for the last couple of years the service got worse and wore no one looks happy to be there . We use to love sitting down and have a great food and the servers use to care And caring now the food sucks and the people working there look miserable and rude I will stop going there and I make sure I let family and friends know not to waist there time and money. The worst place ever!!!!
The ricotta pizza is our favorite pizza ever. So good!

I ordered two dinners. Meatball and zity and egg plant Parm. Was ready in 20 minutes. It was hot and delicious. No complaints here. Very satisfied with the food and the staff was friendly. Best food in Blackstone.

I think it’s bad business to not change online or menu prices and say out of blue the price is .75 increase with door dash stickers stuck to the menu on everything. If we have to pay more then the establishment has to do so to all the associated costs to cause us to pay more.
