Hi so I no that there are a lot of old and some new reviews and they seem not the best I am Currently one of the new managers at the store we have cleaned house store wise and employees and we hope that we can change your guys mind please feel free to come in and see we have a lot of ideas and things planned to further better your experiences. So far so good our regular customers have been telling us that everything is better from the atmosphere to the food the cleanliness of the store. And we are getting old customers coming back hearing. Do not waste your time ordering here! I ordered online at 4:40 to pick up after work at 5:40. Get there to 2 girls behind the counter yelling they closed. I told them I ordered online and they said they were already closing when the order came in. So I asked about a refund as I had paid 10 gift card 2 rewards points and approx 12 debit. 24 dollars. The girl said maybe they'll refund you where you ordered from. I will NEVER go back. Also was double charged on a previous occasion. This is ridiculous!!

Ordered ahead via the app (in an attempt to save time) only to find a sign on the store stating the store had closed 2 hours earlier.. I double checked hours online and on the app to make sure this wasn't my mistake, and nope, it wasn't. The best part of the story is I was still charged for the order I was literally unable to pick up. Tried calling the next day and no one answered the phone, and the voicemail was full.. naturally.

Went around noon (hours state 10am open), lights were on but doors locked and nobody I could see inside. Others came and left as well. Go to another location and don’t waste your time here.
I tried going multiple times over the past few weeks. Every time they were closed. Employees were even standing behind the counter with the door locked during the day. Their sign says they should be open. I want to support local business, but they’ve made it difficult.

Showed up for lunch, no lights on, door locked. Just a guy sitting in a booth. After a minute, he gets up and asks what I want and if I came for a sandwich. Obviously. But I’ll take my business somewhere else.

DO NOT come here. ? nobody ever cleans, they try to pay workers less than minimum wage. The sub unit doesn’t work to the point where meats are room temp and cheese sticks together. Workers don’t even wash their hands. So unless you want food poisoning, stay away.

Stores AC unit doesn't work, it's 110 degrees in there like the Sahara desert. One half of the freezer units for the meats doesn't work, so the meats are jammed in with the vegetables and the dressing on the left hand side. Board of health is gonna have a field day with this one, I believe they're already in the process of being shut down.

The worst Subway I ever been to in my life I walked in no greet Just someone re stocking the veggies like I wasn't even standing there.after 2mins a lady came out greeted I said a footlond wheat bread plesse she reply with, we don't have wheat bread we only have 6 inches I said ok that's fine then I asked for pickles extra to take she said i cant I only have theses pickles left for my other customers the truck hasn't come yet I was like I'm a customer and I'm paying she still said I cant I was like never in my life was turn down food I was paying for I wouldn't recommeanyone of even a dog .. nd this subway to
