Didn't dine in but the food was great, especially for a McDonalds. Love their shakes but the last three I've been to couldn't serve any. Ice cream machine broken, shake machine needed cleaned, etc. If I can't get a shake I'd rather go elsewhere that I can.

Not only did I pay almost $6 for a single large fries, but the person did not even fill the container. It wasn’t busy, no line at all. At least they were hot and fresh. The Coca Cola was extremely flat and flavorless. Avoid.

Its a highway rest stop...the prices are insane, but the staff is always quick and efficient. The line can be hit or miss on how long it is, but usually moves fairly fast compared to some local locations... The food is always HOT and fresh (the fries are always best here) just be prepared that your 'usual' McD's order MIGHT not be on this menu, due to the location (they have a reduced menu)

Wheelchair accessibility: The floor plan is very open here, along with wheelchair parking and restroom access, the seating and whatnot is very chair friendly

Shout out to the staff for making my day better! I dropped my large fry right after getting it and, thanks to pregnancy hormones, started crying over spilled fries. I immediately started cleaning it up and was planning to order new fries but the manager quickly offered new fries for free and a team member was there to sweep it up. Thanks for taking an embarrassing moment and making it better!

Order on app. Instead of store shutting down there app service due to water main break they left it open as if the store was open. Placed order before knowing of issue. Tried calling app was told by the faq that the store is responsible for canceling the order. Management was just sitting on chairs eating and would not help. Was told to dispute it with my bank. All in all I will no longer ever order from this place again I will wait till I get back into NY. I have had way too many issues with the ones on the 90 in Mass

We stopped at 2 McDonald's on the Mass Pike today. The first for breakfast and the second for lunch. We left Freeport, ME at 7 AM and got to the Berkshires at 1 PM. Good consistency and nice menue options!

Parking: These were both stops on the Mass Pike at the rest area/ service plazas. Very clean and well maintained!

The one very positive thing I can say is that the manager on duty was working his ass off!! It looked like the crew bailed on him, and he kept himself together and took care of each and every customer. That my friends is a good person. Someone you want to take care of you.
