It's always pretty busy and upbeat in this store, we travel from Clinton to this Subway because they always do a good job with the sandwiches.
Igor made me a really yummy hot honey chicken sandwich on my last visit and everyone there was very friendly. Get them more support, that place gets busy!! 5 Stars. 😊

Went to this subway for my friend's birthday lunch and she found a metal washer in her sandwich. She emailed them to get a refund or some sort of resolution and they have not replied.

Just got the most mid sandwich ever form your local subway teen 😐 doused in mayo, and unable to understand that I had a subway rewards card, not paying with it (9/25/34 5:24pm) 6 inch chicken bacon ranch ( or chicken bacon mayo really 🙄)

I don’t hold a high bar for Subway but this was trash. The sub was suppose to be “toasted” but was cold as a rock. The chicken and bacon tasted terrible and I ended up throwing it away after 2 bites

I left Subway 10 minutes ago and the girl who made the sandwich made a mistake on my order and I paid the extra amount, including giving a tip. When I went to complain about the error, the manager treated me rudely and even charged me again for the meatball. Terrible service! Order error! Solving the problem even worse! Subway in Bolton MA- NEVER AGAIN! Be careful, your order will always be wrong or missing something!!!!!

I ordered online delivery which I was charged for and after a pretty long time I tried to call to see if it was coming and I was hanged up on twice. The food still hasn't arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes.

While visiting this subway, I requested Italian HERB, and the employee grabbed regular Italian bread. When I tried correcting her, she argued with me that I had said Italian, but Italian herb. After I stated, it was fine, just continue making the order, she continue to insist that I had not chosen Italian herb, and that I picked Italian white. I would state the employees name, but not one of them had name tags on.
