This is my opinion towards basically any dunkin donuts I've been to. The service is garbage. Most dunkin donuts are set up to where the employees can hide out of view of customers so if you go inside to order, you just stand there like an idiot for what feels like forever until you make enough commotion to get their attention. Once they finally come over they take your order like its the most inconvenient part of their day. Awful customer service The stores themselves always feel dirty and dingy. The food taste like what it is, precooked, mass produced, reheated garbage. It's very rare that the food here is actually good. More than half the time my order is messed up... How hard is it to consistently make the same coffee when everything is just a button?? The best thing I can say about Dunkin Donuts is they're everywhere.

Every single time I put in an order at this Dunkin it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get the order. Today I put in the order show up five minutes later there’s three people working behind the counter and no customers. I’m ignored for 10 minutes. I finally go up to the cash register to ask where my order is and they for me that they didn’t have the flavoring that I ordered. Why would you ignore somebody standing there for 10 minutes? I hate this Dunkin’ . It is the worst one in the area don’t bother coming here.

Ordered large hazelnut laté and a cookie-butter machiato laté. Both tasted like old-ashtray-coffee. Too far down the road to go back, and it probably wouldn't have been worth the return trip anyway.

I don’t know how many times I ask for my cafe certain way and this staff make my cafe however they feel like is always a problem I always ask for my cafe certain way and I know they always messing up I make sure I say twice make sure is like this make sure is like that I ask for a bagel toasted and they give me the bagel not toasted at all I understand they are busy but if I stop there is because I didn’t have time to do it at home staff needs to pay more attention never again enough .

This morning was the 3rd time in a row that my sparked energy drink was not filled to the top. The last 2 times I had to ask them to fill it to the top, It looks like someone has already been drinking from it. I didn't have them fill it today due to I decided I'm never going there again if it's not filled this time, I should not have to tell them to fill it to the top, No one wants their drink looking like its been drank already. This is a new problem, I have never experienced this before, Drinks should look full and fresh not used almost an inch from the top. I measured the space at work, it was nearly an inch from the top.

They never make the food correctly, or theyre serving food thats been sitting too long.. The bacon wasn't cooked throughly the bag was filled with grease at the bottom and the bagel bites were cold and not toasted.
For the last year and a half they have gotten my coffee not only wrong but the quality of coffee has gone down hill. Coffee is always burnt. Twice when i was in a rush, i went and ordered coffee instead of making it at home. My mistake on giving them a last chance.
