Just devoured another incredible breakfast at Bread & Butter Diner in Boylston! Huge props to Cindy, Chef Chris, & the crew for consistently bringing the heat. The hash bowl was a masterpiece - fresh shredded corn beef, over-easy eggs, & a hint of horseradish crema on top of perfectly cooked potatoes. And let's not forget the Portuguese sweet bread! Bread & Butter Diner is an excellent hidden gem with incredible staff and food. The dishes are prepared with love, beautifully plated, and served at peak deliciousness. The Portuguese Benedict with spicy chourico, western omelette, and fluffy pancakes are highly recommended. The old school diner vibes mixed with fresh takes on classics create a satisfying yet light meal. The friendly wait staff and top-level chef create a welcoming atmosphere. Cash only, but worth every penny. A must-visit breakfast spot just a short ride from Hudson center, you won't be disappointed! The staff are attentive, sweet, and accommodating, especially with larger groups and dietary requests. Generous portions and great prices make this place a favorite for brunches. The coffee is good and they offer gluten free bagel and toast. The staff is nice, friendly, and energetic. The food is tasty, and they are okay with customization of food.
