Dunkin'

I’m absolutely sick of the older women typically in the window around 7am. She is so rude. I get the same coffee every morning, lg iced coconut with skim milk. I’ve gotten the same coffee for years, when made right it’s dark, this is the 3rd time she has made it and it’s so light and or tastes like whole milk.. dairy makes me sick(I know, shouldn’t drink it) but the LITTLE bit in my drink is worth it. I’ve said it every time.. “hey this is whole milk, would you mind remaking it?” Or “ I’m sorry this I’d way more than the standard dairy” she snaps back with an attitude and fights me on it. She told me to take a sip in front of her. I did. It was clearly whole milk. She said no the sticker says, skim milk and said she wasn’t remaking it. Someone else stepped in grabbed the coffee and remade it for me the correct way. This morning the coffee was extremely light. I asked if it could be remade. She looks at me with an attitude snaps the coffee out of her coworkers hands opens the top put a splash of dark roast in it and goes “here, happy?” NO, I’M NOT HAPPY, JUST BECAUSE YOU HAD A SPLASH OF DARK ROAST DOES NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE LEVEL OF DAIRY IN THE PRODUCT. SOMEONE LIKE HER DOES NOT BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SPENT YEARS WORKING AT DUNKIN WHEN I WAS YOUNGER AND YEARS AFTER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IT’S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I’m not one to complain, accidents happen, people make mistakes, things get really busy at Dunkin and I understand the problem is the way she treats her customers, in the scheme of things this is so minor, but just don’t be a crappy person, it’s very simple. My business or lack there of will not make a difference, but I don’t plan on continuing to give them my business

Duncan's is a great place for coffee I'm just not a big fan of breakfast food so I couldn't give it a good rating and the atmosphere is just not my style but other than that great place to go

By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Massachusetts they never get an order right they never understand what you say. They’re rude. Nobody’s ever providing any service at this location. Avoid like the plague

Went to the drive thru at this dunkin and the service was poor. Order taker was very rushed and curt. Got to windows where that person tried to give different order.
Waited patiently after repeating my order. 2 drinks and croissant. One drink came. Waited. They asked again what I ordered. Told them. ... 2nd drink came , wrong coffee but I'll take it bc I'm done at this point. ..Waiting for croissant. Worker says no croissants so she didn't charge you.
But wait..I was charged for croissant!

Now I want a muffin AND A FREE DONUT FOR MY TROUBLE. am I wrong?!
2 minute argument ensued, finally got muffin and donut. Shame on dunks for this poooooor cust service. Ps the coffee was bitter and not the one I ordered as I mentioned previously.

Worst experience I have had went to Dunkin donuts in the late afternoon to pick up a coffee stood inside at the counter for about 15 minutes while the guy behind the counter made himself a drink then proceeded to take orders for the drive-thru while looking at me. Never acknowledging me and just letting me stand there until I left

Fast drive through

Do not go inside in the afternoon on Sundays. Understaffed and unknowledgeable. Rude. Unprofessional. There is an Asian girl working drive thru.. apparently that's ALL she works because she refuses to be bothered by people at the counter. And when the only other person noticed me she had trouble with the register and how to prepare the drink I ordered and when she asked for help from the Asian girl she didn't care. I've never seen or experienced this before it was pretty offensive. I do plan on speaking to the manager.

Pretty sure they intentionally ignore me every time I go to this store.

Always a wait , I understand a little when they are swamped , majority of the time they are not and with an attitude !! Then to top it off you get it wrong . Cumberland farms offers it for a dollar and change less

This place is the slowest Dunkins I've ever been to. They take forever and almost always forget something if I order a coffee with a sandwich or donut on the side
