Pretty sure they intentionally ignore me every time I go to this store.

Always a wait , I understand a little when they are swamped , majority of the time they are not and with an attitude !! Then to top it off you get it wrong . Cumberland farms offers it for a dollar and change less

This place is the slowest Dunkins I've ever been to. They take forever and almost always forget something if I order a coffee with a sandwich or donut on the side

Waited almost a half hour for my food. I was on the clock for work waiting for my food. Well the manager let it happen and just sat there doing nothing initially they do a good job at that Dunkins but that man does not want to go there anymore

This Dunkin’s sucks. The staff is so rude and condescending. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s a simple order too, somehow without fail every SINGLE time they mess it up. If you go back for a remake they will argue with you and tell you you’re wrong as if they didn’t make a mistake. There’s one lady there who will go on and on arguing with you, just remake my drink, I’m the one drinking it and it’s your job (as someone who works in customer service myself.) Avoid this Dunkin’ at all costs!!!!

I go here for lunch at least once a week. I get the same thing every time. Sausage, egg, and cheese on English muffin. At least 3 times the English muffin was so hard I couldn't eat it, decided to try crossiant today and it crumbled with every bite. What is going on with this?

This Dunkin' location needs to be shut down ASAP! Every time I go to that location the entire staff is very rude and has no customer service skills at all. Specially the older lady(Caucasian) with the arms tattoos. The food you ordered never comes out right?. Just ridiculous!

I can deal with poor food or poor service but not both. I worked at a Dunkin for 4 years, I know how busy a Saturday morning can be, I make a point to be quick and polite. Pulled up to the speaker, guy says "What do you want?" I tell him a have a mobile order. Pull up to the window and the lady at window snaps at me "What's the name??". I get my stuff and pull away to get out of their hair. Only to find my sandwich is wrong and smushed. Coffee was ok. I get mishearing orders but everything was printed on the receipt just like I ordered on the app.

Always get my order wrong .I order food through drive through ,leave a nice tip . When I get to work ,and open the D& D bag , half my order is missing ????? This has happened more than once !!! They are also always out of donuts early!
