Ordered 110 personalized cookies for a baby shower. The ordering, personalization and payment process was ridiculously easy and the staff were a dream to work with. At pickup, we walked into an atmosphere of the mouthwatering scent of fresh baked cookies. My order was packed and ready to go but the gentleman opened the box at my request so I could see how the cookies came out. They were PERFECT and the company threw a few extra cookies in at no cost. We ate one once we got home and they were DELICIOUS.
If you need cookies, this is the company to use. I cannot recommend them enough. 100 out of 10 stars!

PLEASE SAMPLE COOKIES before ordering. I am so disappointed I did not do that. While the sales interaction was excellent and the delivery arrived as promised, the cookies are the quality of a grocery store cookie that sits on the shelf for 6 mos. Nothing that tastes freshly made, nothing that is wicked good. Finally the packaging looks nothing like what is promised on the website. I am including a photo from the website of what I ordered and a photo of what it looked like in the box - (ignore the fact that I opened each packet to sample - 4 piles in packaging). I am embarrassed to give these to my staff/clients. I call to question the validity of all of the 5 star reviews. Wicked good advertising and sales but grocer quality manufactured cookie. Not a good spend of $800. + $120 shipping.

I ordered the 3” sugar cookies with 2 different pictures for my son’s Wedding Welcome party. Mark sent me a mock-up to review before they made the cookies. I didn’t like how one of the pictures looked (picture was too light) so I sent him another picture and asked if they could use it instead. Mark sent me a final rendition that I approved before they began. Mark was great to work with….Everyone loved how the cookies looked and tasted. I’d definitely order from Wicked cookies again!

We ordered 6 dozen custom photo cookies,, three different designs, for a milestone birthday party. They looked great and importantly, tasted great! The ordering process was seamless, and the creative staff worked with me on several iterations, positioning the photos and adding numbers to the design until I was satisfied with the appearance. They were a big hit. I hope someday the company adds a vegan and gluten-free option, so that all attendees would have been able to try them.

These cookies taste freaking amazing. Im so obsessed. they're sweet without being too sweet. Like a sweet biscuit almost. Idk most sugar cookies are say too sweet for me. These are 7 on sweetness scale instead of 10, which is very welcome and appreciated.😍😍 so tasty. the images come out so clear and beautiful too.
