I was a little disappointed in the size of the lobster roll. It was good. Service was great!

Stopped here for dinner after kayaking. Had the crab cake dinner which was only okay at best. The crab cakes were definitely not lump meat and had a strange flavor. The veggies were fresh as was the baked potato. It's order at the counter kind of place with plenty of seeding. Both outdoors and indoors. Service at the counter was good and friendly. Not sure I would come again but possibly to try other items on the menu.

We had ice cream and frozen yogurt. I personally had blackrasberry frozen yogurt with dark chocolate chips. Very good.

We were camping in Brewster and I’ve been to JT‘s before. Food is very good. Service is good. The ice cream is extremely good. A freak pop-up storm dumped about an inch and a half of rain on our campsite. Our tents were filled with water and mud. we ended up having to go to Orleans to a laundromat to clean all of our things.
We had been cooking all our meals at the campsite and going out for desserts. Because of the storm we’re not able to cook our own food and got to JT‘s about a half hour before the kitchen closed for the evening.
My wife had the salmon which was very good and my friend had the lobster roll. Also outstanding .
However, I split the fisherman‘s platter with my friend’s wife, and when it came out, it was a site to behold very big stacked up high all fried. It looks very impressive upon further inspection. We realize that everything was overcooked, and it appeared that everything had been cooked in the oil that had been Used all day or even multiple days. Everything was overcooked very dark brown color and had an offputting taste a number of things in the display of seafood were cold.
Onion rings were cold. Shrimp was overcooked. The scallops were fine. We were tired at the end of the day and didn’t make a fuss but when we woke up the next morning to have breakfast together, the topic of the moment was the overcooked seafood how disappointing it was.
It would appear that they needed to change their grease but because of late at night, they decided not to do it, very disappointed. We took a bike ride around Brewster on the bike trails and ended up back the next day for ice cream and the service and the ice cream or spectacular I had been to Brewster many times over the last 15 years and eaten at JT’s without exception the food was wonderful not sure what happened with the seafood platter. It wasn’t up to their standard of high-quality. We will be back to JT’s. We’re hoping that was a one off issue.

This place is an institution in Brewster for a reason. It serves the entire range of seafood at reasonable prices. Everything from rolls to grilled fish to whole lobsters. It’s just a bonus that the servers here are nice and there are 3 different seating areas to choose from: the front patio under umbrellas, the back porch and a homey inside space for rainy days. Save room for ice cream. They have lots of different flavors but the soft serve chocolate is especially good.

Food was average. Portions were small. Prices were high. Rustic atmosphere with picnic tables and limited indoor seating. They charge an extra 2.99% for credit card transactions. There are better options options. Would not return.

I am an exhausted restaurant owner down the street and when I have a spare 20 minutes, I love to come to JT‘s and get their very, very fresh fish tacos. The fish pieces are light and fluffy and not at all “fishy”. The slaw and pico are delicious. I’ve snuck away four times this summer and each time I really enjoyed my lunch. Thank you for being a small respite in my crazy busy day and providing me with a lovely lunch. Also the front desk staff gals are very sweet and helpful. Nice job to the whole team.

Our 2nd time here and it was just as good as it was just as good as it was 3 years ago. We had shrimp tacos, fish and chips, fish Rueben and lobster bisque. My bisque was locking much lobster so I asked the girl at the counter and she graciously exchanged it for a new cup which had a few claw pieces in👍

A new find for me! I was looking for a late lunch and pulled into this establishment. It looked like a take-window shack with tables and umbrellas in front. But we went inside and found a dining area and a back deck, so lots of possibilities to eat. We ordered at the front desk, told them where we would sit, inside, outside front, or in back. We ordered fish tacos. They found us with the number placed on our table, and brought the delicious seafood to our table.

Best of it’s kind on the cape, everything was fresh and never greasy. but what’s especially noteworthy is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and hard working. Kudos to JTs for hiring such a nice group of kids.

We just love this family owned restaurant! We got the Fish & Chips and the Lobster Roll, food was absolutely amazing! On a weekend night during the peak of summer on the Cape these staff are absolutely killing it. A younger group of college and high school kids, they’re on top of it, getting food out as quickly as possible with a packed restaurant!
The perfect dining spot just off of 6A and close to a lot of local beaches! Open for lunch and dinner! The specials are to die for!

One of my colleagues at work suggested I go there to celebrate she make Independence Day Jamaican Independence Day, I ordered two plates of the jerk chicken. The service at the counter was perfect. I came back 20 minutes later and the food was ready. I took it home and shared it with my Better Half And had a lovely Jamaican jerk chicken meal. The funny thing was I had mentioned that I knew the person at work to the girl at the counter and I like spicy food. Well, both plates were incredibly well spaced left my lips, nice and warm. The only thing I didn’t realize was that my better half also had the same heat And she said it was too hot. That was not the fault to the restaurant she mixed a little bit of sour cream in and everything was wonderful. The restaurant was much cleaner and much bigger with a wonderful back deck, and I have ever imagined from what I viewed from the front. ZI Look forward to bringing my Better Half there with our dog and experiencing some other wonderful meals. Compliments to the chef and Staff for the Jamaican taste treat.
Thank you.
Would love to try some curried goat sometime!
