Messed up multiple pizzas on a $180 order and refused to acknowledge it! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional on the phone! Told us it was OUR fault the food was wrong! Food has been okay in the past but customer service is always incredibly poor ?

We ordered 180$ worth of food for take out, and our 3 large pizzas were messed up. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with red onions and garlic, which ACTUALLY had pineapple, green peppers, regular onions with the chicken and garlic. The pepperoni pizza that we requested had literally 3 slices of pepperoni on the pizza. Then our last pizza was supposed to be just chicken and pesto, but they put tomatoes and onions on it when we clarified several times over the phone for no tomatoes or anything extra on any of our pizzas. We tried calling to discuss this, and the lady on the phone was unprofessional and disrespectful. She told my grandmother she should have looked at the menu online to know how the pizzas come, when THE WEBSITE DOESN'T HAVE SPECIALIZED PIZZAS LISTED AND ONLY HAD THEM OFFERED BY THE NUMBER OF TOPPINGS. And that’s bold of her to assume my grandmother would be able to have access to the internet in that way. To add to this, she did not answer the phone very nicely and hung up without trying to figure out any solution. This is so sad because we have been going here for YEARS and it ruined my brothers special birthday surprise.

Tavern and pizza restaurant that also offers other Italian food. The atmosphere and ambience are nice. Staff friendly. Service good. Food was good tasting. They have in and outdoors seating areas. Parking is free and adequate.

Laurino's is a long-time favorite local restaurant and bar. They have a good selection of food and pizza on the menu. I have had many of their lunch and dinner options and I have always been happy with my choices. Standouts on the menu are the fish sandwich, cheese lasagna, potato skins, and the strip steak dinner. Laurino's pizza is outstanding. Small pies feature the thin crust; large pizzas are tray style with thicker crust. Laurino's has a bar area with a number of tables as well as a dedicated dinning room. another nice thing to do is to hang outside around their fire pit. A place not to be missed when you are in and around Brewster.
Had a terrific dinner! We arrived Laurino’s early just as the dinner time was starting. This is the grilled swordfish. It was delicious. My husband had a burger. He said it was very good.!

Food was great! The three cheese calzone may be simple in terms of ingredients, but it was delicious! Was very pleased with how cheesy it was. The combo grinder was very good as well— lots of flavor! Burger was okay, tasted like any other burger. Nothing signature about it. Cheese tortellini with Alfredo was great. The sauce was creamy and the sauce to noodle ratio was perfect! Would definitely come back here!
