I don't usually give anyone a bad rating, but it was my husband's birthday, we had a reservation and we were so disappointed in the service, we left. I had to rate the food here, but we didn't even get to the ordering stage. We waited close to 10 minutes before the one server/hostess came to greet us and showed us to a table which had no view of the sea, just a bunch of plants on the terrace. We asked for one by the water, but were told the tables had all been taken away. Then we sat for at least another 15 minutes and watched the one server/waitress go back and forth with no sense of urgency. Finally she came over to tell us she had to serve one party a cake and asked for our patience. We told her we were leaving - the table was not what we were hoping for and after all that time we had menus, but no order had been taken. She said she'd move a table to the better area for the view but that she couldn't do that until she served the cake. We thanked her, but said we were not happy with any of this and left.

Ambiance was beautiful staff were great, food was delicious but expensive for the amount you got.

We had a reservation for lunch outside on the Terrace. It was a beautiful warm fall day. When we arrived, on time, the outside venue was closed. We went inside and found a small bar with a few tables. We waited several minutes for the server (who was not busy) to seat us. She finally gave us menus and seated us. There were only two people sitting at the bar; no other patrons. She proceeded to the bar, held a conversation with the other patrons and ignored us for several minutes. We got up and left. Can't say we will return!!

The spot with Bay views is gorgeous. The food was excellent, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The service was also top-notch.

After we received our drinks, we placed an order for appetizers. We asked if we should put in our entree orders and he said we could. the appetizers were fabulous but we barely started them before our entrees arrived. (I would have assumed that the waiter would have spaced them out). My cod was bland and unappetizing. I asked for a second glass of wine and it took our waiter over a half hour to bring it to the table. He was attending to tables around us but never came back to check in. I had to remind him about the wine. When we asked for our bill, it was the same thing — it took 30 minutes! For what we paid for our meal, the service did not lend itself to justify the cost.

we ate outside on the patio, Menu is varied, well prepared and delicious, We chose to eat outside, but I wish there were outdoor heaters.

OpenTable reviews show this restaurant generally as wide open, but they will not seat you last minute in person, even with plenty of open tables. Food is great but service experience is not what it should be.

Nice table on top with an ocean view. Service was excellent. Even had gluten sensitive options

Our server Benjamin was awesome 😇 Came here in a group of 10 for a bachelorette trip, and he was honestly the best server. He made sure everything was on point, offered to take pictures, and was overall, a great server. The food was great as well, everyone left with the plates empty!

It was great! Food delicious as always! We always try to eat here at least once while on vacation!

Burger was mediocre. Lobster roll delicious but remarkably overpriced and didn't even come with fries.

Our server was incredible, so knowledgeable and kind. However, our meal took almost 45 minutes to be brought to the table through no fault of our server. We also stated when we ordered that we wanted to split one of the meals and the kitchen didn't pre-split the meal and we had to split it at our table which was rather difficult and messy. If you are paying premium prices for these meals, the least they could do is split the meal in the kitchen.

Made reservation far in advance. Birthday party for out of town guests. Requested table by the water/edge. Arrived, checked in and were asked to wait for other hostess. No problem.. Other group arrived without res. and were seated. By the edge, group of 4 same as us. No problem. Until we were seated. In center no where near the edge. Pointed out another vacant table by edge. Told it was reserved. I found another vacant table and we were seated there. Roy was a great waiter, chicken and haddock were great. Bouillabaisse was not anywhere near as described. No tomatoes, two tiny mussels, 2 shrimp. Cut up boiled potatoes, carrots, celery. No fish, no spices. Really small scoop of liquid. Not close to being bouillabaise. Piece of cold toast. Wish I had taken a photo.

There was a lot of wasps on the outdoor terrace and the menu shown on open table did not match what they were actually serving

Had the worst cioppino ever! I order cioppino whenever I see it on a menu, so I've had many. This was awful — liquid was a weird color with odd flavor, two shrimp, two small mussels, one piece of white fish, lots of potatoes. $47. High priced establishment, very poor value. We also had Roasted crispy pork belly, $17, also not good. Three out of four had queasy stomachs that night. Will never return. 😩😩😩
