Had a very nice enjoyable breakfast UNTIL THE CHECK CAME! To be sure, our server was excellent, nice and friendly. We didn’t have a problem with their prices, perhaps a little bit high but not crazy high. They have a really nice range of omelettes and both the wife and I enjoyed each that we ordered, along with a decaf tea and an Earl Grey Tea.
It had been a really pleasurable experience but what the heck? We’ve never been to a restaurant that charges for hot water added to the same tea bags! $1.98 for hot water?!? Yes, that was the description on the check, indicating that the restaurant has an entry for that on their computerized checks.
Our waitress after initially saying that she herself was surprised by this policy, later returned to our table and had the hot water charged removed. She explained that she had erred in charging us, as that hot water charge was intended for patrons who bring in their own tea bags. But I’m dubious, with the wide variety of teas they offer, I’m in doubt of patrons bringing in their own tea bags.
The bottom line is that perhaps we would return to this restaurant when we’re on the Cape, but are hoping that the owner will add a reply to this post affirming that charging for hot water is not their practice as a method of boosting revenue in the expectation that most wouldn’t challenge the charge.

Absolutely awful service from our server. Younger kid, male, tall. Almost zero words, no thank you, no you're welcome. He has a lot to learn about dealing with the public. The other servers and the hostess were very friendly.

Amazing breakfast! Not cheap ($55 for 2 people including one fancy coffee) but good, fresh food isn’t…and they serve Pain d’Avignon toast. IYKYK. Not a long wait, even on a beautiful summer morning, although parking appeared to be a challenge; we rode bikes from Sweetwater Campground. Yummy meal, delightful service, options for indoor and outdoor seating. Go.

Ordered a mocha latte expecting usually a creamy rich chocolate sauce to be mixed into my coffee. Instead I recieved a coffee made with “chocolate” syrup that is a cocktail flavoring syrup that provided zero chocolate flavor, even after asking for more pumps. To pay $6 for something so low quality and deceiving was ridiculous. Will not be coming here again and I don’t recommend the coffee. How could a mocha be light brown??? Don’t call it a mocha, just list your syrup as chocolate so customers don’t feel lied to.
Very pleasant brunch experience. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff.

Fabulous spot for breakfast. Everything we had was delicious - pancakes, burrito, omelettes, muffins. The breakfast potatoes are the best!! Super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Get there early and grab a spot on the covered patio.

I stopped by here multiple times while staying at the village. Food was great and my kids loved kids menues. However, the service was questionable. My wife stayed less than an hour for her breakfast. Suddenly, one of the managers came to her saying she stayed longer than 2 hours and tried to kick her out with 90 minutes staying rule. She asked the manager for double check. Once the manger figured that out, she appologied to my wife with very cold mood. At the same day, all family visited again. Another severs brought the check before my son finished his meal. I felt that she wanted to kick us out as soon as possible. In our way out, we met the manager, but she did not say any word. What a service!

Breakfast is when to go! It is fresh with great choices and delicious. The lunch sandwich’s are described better than they taste. I’ve tried several and decided it will b for breakfast only in the future.

Great little lunch and breakfast place by the Lemon Tree on 6A
Stopped for what I heard would be a great sandwich. Unfortunately I ordered the California chicken sandwich. Instead of a wrap I asked if ciabatta was available, which she replied “absolutely “. Bread was horrible. Heavy and so thick i could not take a regular bite. You’d have to be a dinosaur to open your mouth that wide. Salad itself, had no flavor whatsoever. It was mashed up chicken with mayonnaise. No herbs, no salt no pepper. Nothing! Although it was loaded with lettuce and a tasteless tomato, there was little evidence of what I wanted most a beautifully sliced ripe avocado.
I don’t have high expectations when I’m at the cape as the food every where I’ve eaten ( and I’ve eaten there a lot!) is marginal at best. It’s not even a case of you get what you pay for I don’t care how much I spend if the food is delicious.
I would definitely pass on this place.

Just a 10-minute drive from Nickerson State Park, this cozy breakfast spot was a lovely find. We ordered an omelet, and the coffee was fresh and flavorful. The setting felt like something out of a fairytale—charming and peaceful. With all the flowers in bloom this season, the atmosphere was especially beautiful.
