we had a great time in the igloo for a birthday celebration. our waitress ashley was so nice and knowledgeable. she had great recommendations and was so lovely. everything was great !

Dinner with friends in the Igloo last night. ASHLEY H was our server and she was amazing! Knowledgable, attentive, funny and sweet. Def will ask to be seated in her section!

Worst place ever. Bad customer service . Kicked us out , they were racist, brought security just to tell us to leave embarrassed us and made us pay for food we didn’t eat.

Awesome spot to hang out and watch some football.

I came here for lunch with a friend and ordered a cup of buffalo chicken chowder and a Caesar salad with a side of bread. The soup was incredible! And the salad was very filling. Even better the bread that I ordered was enormous and seemed like it was home baked. I'll definitely be coming back again for lunch and probably for dinner in the next couple of weeks.

After reserving their time slotted holiday igloo table weeks in advance by deposit and replying to their confirmation day of, our party showed up on time awaiting to be seated. Immediately panic set in behind the hostess desk when we told them we were here as they ran out to the table to see the earlier time slot was still at the table. They told us it would be a couple minutes to flip the table and we went to the bar to grab a drink while we waited. After being told we could not order certain drinks because the bartender “didn’t have the right glass” we were ID’d and one of the party members visiting home from out of state for the holidays was denied because her ID was from out of state.** Note that she is 30 and there with her parents and no one in the party was under 25** When asked if we could speak to a manager about it the bartender laughed at us and walked away as we had to find the manager ourself. The manager did not want to discuss the situation at all and simply repeated “its policy” over and over with no compassion or awareness for the situation. Meanwhile we were now 30 minutes past the time of our reservations when we were told again by the same manager “the previous party hasn’t left yet so there is nothing I can do”. This was a reservation that had a $50 deposit to reserve and had a spending minimum while we were at the table and had clear time slots stating when you had to leave the reserved table. The manager continued to have a nonchalant attitude with zero concern for anything we had to say as we were annoyed with the fact we paid for a timed reservation and Barrett’s had not only allowed the previous party to go 30+minutes over time but offered no hospitality or compensation for the inconvenience of not having our reserved table ready on time on top of the denying to serve a 30 year old because her ID was from out of state. The Barrett’s Bridgewater staff took no accountability and literally came off like we were bothering them by simply not understanding why our reservation was 30+ minutes late and that they couldn’t serve a 30 year old just because they didn’t live here. It took another 10 minutes of arguing just to get our deposit for the reservation back as we took our business somewhere else. While the manager was laughing at us to the hostesses while we walked out the door. Barretts Bridgewater was a terrible experience and staff was argumentative unaccountable and out right rude. I recommend Towne Tavern just 5 minutes down the road since they had unbelievable service, food, and atmosphere. Barrett’s was deplorable and will not be recommended to anyone. If anyone in administration with Barrett’s see this the day this happened was 12/20 from 830-910pm if you feel the need to speak with the staff that working that night unless this I don’t care annoyed personality is systemic of course.

Great service. Good beer. Good food. Amazing atmosphere. Its a little loud if you dont like that, but there are two sides to the restraunt so sit on the quiet side if you want. They also have igloo's now. It has a good bar vibe mixed with a nice restraunt vibe which my wife likes. Great place!

Let me compliment this establishment in every possible category. The waitress, her name was Jessica was the most efficient and most expedient person in the wait staff field that I have ever met! My compliments to her and Barret's Ale House for having such high-quality people in their employment. It really
does make a difference to the customer/s out seeking a good restaurant with great food and leaving outstanding impression/s for everything from atmosphere, waitress and
food preparations. We eat out at restaurants quite frequently
and never have been in an establishment that checks all the boxes like Barrett's Alehouse does. Major Kudos to the owners!
