All the people that work there are friendly and professional. They have an extensive menu of coffee's and other drinks, their food menu is great. Some things on the menu are different than what most call the "norm" but don't scared you'll find you might like it. Stopped in here to grab some lunch and coffee with my fiance. We waited at least 15 minutes for our wraps after ordering them as the staff had to keep checking what went into the wraps (we could hear them yelling back and forth to each other while we waited at a table). While waiting, we looked around a bit and noticed it looked like they hadn't cleaned the place well for quite a while.
Environment was decent but most of the interior (restroom, walls, furnitures) was due for renovation/upgrade. Staff were great. Coffee was okay (not so flavorful). Sandwiches were good. Although quite expensive, but they come with fresh and quality ingredients. Friendly staff and clean environment makes up for everything.
