The older woman working the register was so rude. Such a shame, I will not be going back and I will be telling others of my experience. She was wearing flip flops too kinda gross to have your toes out around food.

Just stopped at this bagel shop for a quick breakfast and was absolutely horrified after my experience. The staff was unfriendly and our eggs were cooked in A MICROWAVE. Not fresh, nor ethical. Can’t believe you’d own an establishment and base your business on putting the most important ingredient on the bagels in a microwave rather than freshly cooking them. The bagel was burnt and blackened instead of toasted and we weren’t even asked if we wanted them toasted or not. Super disappointed and upset….thank you. Take this review as a way to hopefully level-up your business in a positive way.

If I could do one star I would, the atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable and the owner seemed irritated when myself and my sister were ordering. Should've walked out when we saw the back the blue flag. Will never return

Iced coffee was disgusting. Absolute scam. Didnt even add an extra espresso shot that I paid for. We got two completely different drinks and two completely different flavors. Drinks were the exact same watered down piss with no flavors. She scammed us. There is no other way to describe what happened. And she was rude to top it off. Will be out of business soon. Coffee tasted like someone juiced a compost bin and added ice to it. It was that bad.

So much potential for the right restaurateur. First and last visit. I had high hopes. Bagels were good but they get them delivered every morning. Owner was working alone. Atmosphere is bad, looks more like a stockroom than a cafe. Depressing atmosphere with too much stuff in dining room with no cohesive feeling. Back the blue flag hanging is a huge turnoff. Could be fantastic in the right hands. There are 2 other terrific options nearby in this category of cafe who are doing it right. Unfortunately BB will probably not survive much longer with the other new place that just opened.

Went out of our way to visit here to support local business and get a decent coffee and bagel to go. Ordered a couple of toasted bagels. Those were good. The woman taking our order seemed annoyed. Coffee drink was ok, tea drink not so good, lacked taste. Next time, we'll just stop at DD down the street.

Bagels are good and generally like their flavored cream cheeses. The iced coffee is super watered down and inconsistent flavors. I have not had a great or even good coffee here yet. The manager/owner is not friendly at all. I feel like I'm bothering her spending money in her store.
