Three times I’ve been forced to order food from this place after a certain time at night, & all three times it’s been horrible. Freezing cold fries, completely wrong food, & a very rude manager over the phone. Absolutely awful customer service. They need to fire the entire overnight staff from top to bottom. Wouldn’t even apologize after I told this rude “lady” about my food, but instead blamed me for ordering food & said because the food was being delivered that I shouldn’t be mad that it’s cold. As if people just always get cold food & accept it because it was delivered?? She needs to be fired. Do better Burger King.

Very hit or miss. Last summer I went at least twice a week and it was almost always good. Came today (January 7, 2025) for an early breakfast. Ordered ahead on app. Got a double sausage coissanwich meal large size. Got a single sausage instead of double on sandwich but worst part was what was supposed to be crispy crowns. Got cold, hard as heck fries instead. I get it it's just after 5am, but they weren't busy or anything so why not make a batch of fresh fries at the very least if not the crispy crowns? Paid 11 dollars for this rather mess of a breakfast. Disappointed with this experience so I'll probably just opt for dunkin across the way in the same building for breakfast. They are a lot busier for a reason.

Been going to Boston regularly since my cancer diagnosis. Stopping here for a quick bite on the way home has been a huge convenience and pleasure. Service has been fast-staff very pleasant and food has been fresh and hot each time. Thank you Burger King!

Can definitely tell that they were not busy and my 13.00 burger was definitely reheated along with the tots! For $16 I should not have reheated waited around food! Ought to be ashamed of yourselves

I came here to pick up 2 Uber orders on multiple occasions only to be told the store was closed and they did not receive the orders in there system because they did not want to do there job. This is a 20+ mile drive just to get to this Burger King. I was not compensated for the business refusing to do there job.
Had to use men's bathroom , women's one was closed and it was disgusting I wanted to puke piss all over seat and all over the floor. Thank god I did not order food

Half the time I go here they say the codes to use offers aren’t working. Huge waste of money when I can’t get the deal Im offered before coming. Other than that great store, but not worth the money without being able to use offers and discounts.

This Burger King is part of the Route 24 truck stop. It is an older facility but well maintained with large clean restrooms and a large common eating area that is shared with Dunkin’ Donuts. This is a fine place for a bathroom break but there is no food sold by Burger King that I want.
