Super cute small coffee shop. Offers many different coffe options, sandwiches and acai bowls. Great amount of seating offered for a smaller space. Great attention to detail with decor. Will be back!

Iāve been here a couple of times I like that most everything they have is made in the house so you really can customize.
They have a great vegan and gluten free selection of baked goods and treats and likely others definitely worth checking out.

What an absolute treat! I had a delicious egg and sausage sandwich with a wonderful iced coffee and juice here. I love the decor and the friendly people too. Highly recommended!
The acai bowls are amazing! So many gluten free options.
Update: I wish they would use different containers for acai bowls because black plastic is very difficult to recycle, and most places do not accept it. I hope cafe Madeleine tries to reduce their environmental impact. I also think they should have a recycling bin in the cafe, as they do not currently.

This is a little gem of a place. Freshly made to order (which makes for a little wait) sandwiches, toasts, bowls, and specialty hot and iced drinks. They also have a nice selection of gluten-free and regular baked goods. I've only had sandwiches and toasts and all have been excellent and surprising. Today I had a mushroom and pickled onion toast that was extremely delicious, fresh and very flavorful. The vegetarian sandwiches I've had are outstanding (they do great things with chickpeas). There are also more conventional options like a BLT and a variation on a turkey club that are very good. It's a small place but comfortable seating and nice light, with a couple of tables for two outside. They also have a small selection of locally-made jewelry and gifts. Friendly, warm service. Very much worth a visit. Glad they're here in Bridgewater and only wish they were in walking distance from the town center so I could go more often.

This place does everything right! Service, portions, pricing, and adorable . But especially the food! Not only do they have the best coffee Iāve ever tasted, but they offer fancy toasts, smoothies, aƧai, bowls, sandwiches, pastries (Some even gluten-free) and quinoa bowls.
I have never ordered anything that wasnāt delicious perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Iām very picky because Iām an excellent cook myself. One of my favorites is the Veggie Quinoa bowl. It comes with their homemade tahini dressing, which is like a creamy nutty concoction and I literally get two or three meals out of this. Full of perfectly roasted vegetables like broccoli, sweat potato, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and spinach, chickpeas, avocado, and of course, quinoa. All this makes it a perfectly balanced meal, but add chicken for an extra boost of protein. I hope they stay around for many many years. Well, done CafĆ© Madeleine!

Cute environment, easy parking, and several creative options both sweet and savory. They actually offered to grill my muffin on a separate grill. They had 3 muffins, a cinnamon roll, some creative toasts, etc. I only came for breakfast. Lovely staff too. And, they open at 7 am! Updated from previous review on 2025-07-27
This is a gem! Food is very good, the menu and selection is great. The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting Ting, and there is even a small table for kids to play with toys and books. The owner, Andrea, is very thoughtful about the little details which makes this place a great stop.

They have a bunch of vegan options and Chris (1 of the 2 owners) is super knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to vegan (and gf) ingredients/choices. BTW, the other owner is Vegan/gf. They have a bunch V desserts and breakfast items (3 different donuts, 3 different muffins and 3 different cupcakes). I got a a vegan Twinkie!! š©š§šŖš (I havenāt eaten it yet.)
Food very good with lots of gluten free options - nice place to enjoy breakfast with friends or to go get a coffee and work on your computer.

I havenāt even left the parking lot, and I had to review this place because it is THAT good. First time customer, and I will be back!! The shop was incredibly clean and cute, a very Pinterest type vibe. Thereās even a hutch full of various Knick knacks, soaps, etc for sale. The service was great, the people were kind, and prompt. I ordered take out, a coffee and some avocado toast. I didnāt think you could really make avocado toast fancy, but they did- itās absolutely delicious. The coffee is hands down the best Iāve ever had. It is so rich and flavorful, and just absolutely perfect.

The food was very tasty, and fresh. The staff was friendly. Upon reviewing our receipt the day after, we saw the āmilk/eggsā comment. I called, and was told that the sourdough bread they use DOES contain milk/eggs. I was told that they do have a vegan sourdough, BUT WE WERE NEVER OFFERED THAT! In addition, we noticed a āService Chargeā on our receipt. The person I spoke to the day after told me that it is a service charge added when a credit card is used. I asked her where the sign was that informed the patron of this fee. She said that she thought they had a sign, but doesnāt know where it is any more.
Absolutely loved every single sip. The customer service....chefs kiss. The staff make you feel welcome and a part of the family. Will definitely be going back ā„ļøā„ļøā„ļøā„ļø
