My daughter has a dairy allergy so it is hard to find her a birthday cake! Her favorite character is stitch and I was looking for a smaller cake just for our family. Paula responded to my message quickly. The cake was absolutely beautiful! There was lots of detail and you could easily see Paula loves what she does! My daughter’s eye lit up as soon as she saw it! We got a vanilla cake with strawberry filling. The cake was absolutely delicious. The kids enjoyed eating the paper! The frosting was not too sweet. My daughter had no reaction to the cake. Thank you for making the impossible… possible!

I called to order a two tier cake for my wedding May 8, 2023 and Paula made sure to get all the information she needed and was pleasant to talk with. Paula contacted me about any issue that arose to confirm my permission for changes and I really appreciate that. She delivered the cake to our venue on time. The cake was very delicious! I was a tad worried that the buttercream frosting would be too sweet but it wasn’t, everything from the appearance to the taste of the cake was perfect for us and our guests enjoyed it as well. I’m super happy I contacted Cakes by Paula and I recommend others should too, she does a really amazing job with her cakes and I’m grateful for the effort she put into our wedding cake. If i could rate lower than a 1 I would. I ordered a cake and she messed up and didn't make. She did offer to make it and deliver it but this would have been hours after i needed.Thank you for ruining our first day in ma for us. The cake was supposed to be for my mother's birthday. Very unreliable

Every step from the phone call/texting to order them, to picking up the cupcakes was seamless and she created 36 of the most beautiful cupcakes in just 5 days!
