“They have the best Keurig Pods. Been ordering from them for years. However… the website is terrible. Difficult to navigate and the subscription service is either broken or poorly designed.

They have my payment method saved and yet I still have to physically go in every month and MANUALLY approve the purchase every month rather than it simply charging my card and shipping me my order! What’s the point of a subscription if it’s not automatic???! I contacted customer service and they told me to redo it, (which I did and it still doesn’t work) so they obviously don’t even know it’s broken.

You also can’t modify the subscription (like changing the quantity) without scrapping the whole thing and starting over! It’s almost worthless.With a subscription you should be able to set it up and it works with no interaction from me. They need to just copy what Amazon does. You set it up and every month your order arrives. Seems pretty obvious…

Very disappointing and very frustrating. As I said, I contacted customer service and they did nothing to fix it and just told me to redo it. Not sure they even understand the how a subscription is supposed to work! I honestly think the owner hired his Nephew to do their website. It’s horrible.

I was so excited when they added subscriptions, but in its current state, it barely more convenient than ordering from scratch. Big thumbs down on that, but I still gave it 4 stars because the coffee is so good. Please fix the subscription service!!!!“
