Was too busy talking and didn't take my order until I said something. I ordered loaded hash and was given normal hashbrowns in the container.

Lax Girl

The workers (including the manager) vape, cuss, and yell infront of customers. They all sit on their phones and ignored me and other customers. The burger king worker from across the building went behind the counter and to get his own donuts infront of me and the other customers. Disgusting behavior. There were flies everywhere and I dont plan on buying from here again. The blonde cashier in the morning was great, and the only nice person there.

The Manger is self absorbed and not a good fit for the store , is more lenient on some customers than others, saying I have to pay for 3 drinks when im only buying 2 and saying there boss is telling them to charge me for 4 there math isn’t adding up and is ripping there customers off. The company should be charging 1.50 or 1$ too make the difference but charging me for three drinks when I’m purchasing 2 , it’s sad there so uneducated of costing stuff out , thankyou agian for trying to rip your customers off!!!! There something definitely off about this location every other location doesn’t overcharge but yet they do , their excuse is there inventories, not adding up the end of each week and don’t put into consideration their employees drink it. But refusing to serve me is childish and pathetic. Sorry I’m educated and you guys have already overcharge me and there boss said she called me but haven’t even had a single call from them.

Stopped in for a break. Grabbed some munchkins pumpkin good but not super fresh for 6am. And a Boston cream. They put it in the bag upside down and I lost all of the chocolate.

I noticed several flies in the donut case. I told the employee she shrugged her shoulders. I looked at her and she looked at me and said what would you like. Not donuts apparently. I get it she doesn't have control of flies or the open cases but her employer sure does. It's gross that they just kept the donuts in the case to sell to the next unsuspecting customer. Instead of sprinkles I guess they offer fly regurgitation. No extra charge . I didn't get anything but my husband got a coffee and he said it was good.

Customer service is terrible…. Went here and the worker tried to serve me old burnt snackin bacon. Gave it back and she didn’t even offer to give me my money back or new batch of bacon. She tried to say it’s snackin that’s why it’s hard. I’ve had it plenty of times and never was served cold burnt and hard bacon.

Don't waste your time with mobile orders, they are really nice here but I've tried changing my daily order at least 5 times and every single day whatever I've ordered is sold out. I've never seen a dunkin so under stocked before, this is a problem every day that defeats the purpose of using the convenience of mobile ordering. The will offer substitutions but who has time to list out several items just to hear "we're out of that too."

i was at 24 northbound dunkin doughnuts there was a worker there that was very rude to me,not sure if i will ever go back there after the way i was mistreated.she was very unprofessional.
